1st Row: Priest
2nd Row: Oracle, Enchanter, ???, Linker

Wugu is mostly arrow type and melee type if I see that right…

so, to solve the support clerics inability to compete in their game content, they instead disperse the role to all classes?
geez, that sounds like good idea alright :tired:
edit: yeaah well lo and behold, the live comment said rip healer

I wonder if anyone would even choose to take on any of these roles. No SPR gain = no healing = no help.
The current buffs they have are all based on SPR/INT,too, so at best they can be put to use on Wizard builds (who also have no space).

If you have to replace a class, there will be even more dead classes like Chronomancer (which can then be replaced with Kabbalist).

they prolly gonna rebalance the common build stat distribution to be following the base class instead, so like Hunter would be INT SPR CON stat raise for wizard/cleric.

well i can think maybe they will put stat attribute swap, akin to what dps clerics have (so instead the buff or heal scales with their main stat, either str/int or their highest stat)
but still, i want to see how mixed build fare in game content. i mean, there is reason why hybrid cleric is not a thing, right?

the only place I see those common healer class would go is sorc build since they already have tons of SPR to begin with.

Those are some huge changes to a lot of classes.

I bet many more will follow soon with how builds work in the future.

I’ve checked through the changes, the shared classes are heavily reduced in their support role (most is just damage now). I wonder what the point is in sharing classes if the support value is close to 0?
They aren’t even close to viable, low skill factors on top of unreliable damage strategies (at least for now, burst > DoT).

It feels like the support Archers and Scouts lost nearly everything that made them at least unique and worthy to choose.
I think IMC will continue to reduce every mechanic and skill interaction until all 80+ classes play exactly the same. I doubt KTOS players will accept these changes, especially since these are only the beginning, with the next big bunch following next month.

Prepare for gutting fest on support Clerics in May.

A few more interesting screenshots from the stream:

There was also something about trasmutors and that would be related to how they stopped anything trasmutation-related even here.

Goodbye sweet prince, you’ll be missed.
I hope they remember you exist in the next re:re:build and bring you back :sob:
