Any one has idea of block% formula after rebuild (in pve and pvp if it’s different)?
According to a old doc Google Doc:
block chance = (max(0, block – block penetration)) ^ 0.7 (Block caps at 66.67%, including final block rate, which is added on flat after the block chance calculation)
If it’s still valid, we will need a lot block penetration to even just reduce shield user’s block chance to capped value.
For example, my friend’s swordie has 830 block after buff, which is 110% block chance (capped at 50%). Against such enemy, if I have less than 560 block penetration, this stat is useless. Since I can’t even reduce his block chance to capped value.
