this was always my biggest peeve with Saalus before, how it became a 5second 1shot-fest for no reason.

saalus came at a time when it was more or less proper to the level of power people had - but they quickly increased the cap and brought in new classes and huge powercreep.

Have they hinted in any of these blogs about what they’re gonna do in future “expansions”? I mean besides new classes and stuff, what are players gonna get when they raise the level cap again? Because I feel like a 4th class would be a bit messy and bloat the skill bar with way too many spells. Another option would be to add new attributes to your existing classes, or doing something that modifies or empowers your already existing spells.

have you tried itos gem feud?
is that the correct feud at ktos too?

I remember reading in one of the dev blog posts that they intend to add new attributes that change how some of the skills work.

So, any popular builds standing out on kToS? Now that we have Re:Build on iToS i’ve been testing some ideas but i’m kinda lost on others so i wonder if someone came up with better ones.

I’m specifically looking for Exorcist and Retiarius builds but throw at me anything fun or interesting you guys have found, it doesn’t have to be the best Min-Max meta thing.

anyone know if this is temporary or not ?

I want to wait for scout costume, I changed all my characters to scout, but if this is a event I need use the voucher and sell the costumes =/

Any one has idea of block% formula after rebuild (in pve and pvp if it’s different)?

According to a old doc Google Doc:

block chance = (max(0, block – block penetration)) ^ 0.7 (Block caps at 66.67%, including final block rate, which is added on flat after the block chance calculation)

If it’s still valid, we will need a lot block penetration to even just reduce shield user’s block chance to capped value.

For example, my friend’s swordie has 830 block after buff, which is 110% block chance (capped at 50%). Against such enemy, if I have less than 560 block penetration, this stat is useless. Since I can’t even reduce his block chance to capped value.

People, tell me please, is the pillage at the corsair now working or not working? Developers will fix an incomprehensible bug with pillage ???
I want it to be like before, when I was sure that the pillage was working!

Would like to ask, is there any updates if Imc is planning to release a armor type change for velco/miki/lolo?

They mentioned in one of the kr dev blogs that they might consider it once they release the update on armor types and their interaction with the classes. No other news besides that.

Does anyone know if the current lodge limit on kTOS is still 40 characters?

I’m tempted to make a new character to see how 1-300 feels now that we got ReBuild, but I don’t want to use up my last 2 slots if we won’t get more in future ):

Pillage is currently broken. Devs haven’t acknowledged it yet.

Hey guys, can someone tell how did Brutality was changed on kToS? Is it now increases pierce, missle and slash damage?

slash and missle only

Brutality was changed to affect Slash and Gun. Not missile.

Wait, what the point making it work only with gun type damage? It’s a selfbuff so it couldn’t apply to archer classes in party and scout classes can wear only handguns.
Correct me if i’m wrong or i miss something?

wait, is the brutality change only in ktos for now, or itos already got the patch?

[edit] ok I just checked tos guru and it still says pierce & missile

Only in ktos.

There may be a reason that is not immediately apparent, or they are changing it for the future, not really sure.
