Seems like Double Gun Stance and Lightning Hands cannot stack after all.

Changes to squire basecamp + food table (tried it today):

Basecamp
-no longer able to warp from any map
-you can warp to the camp when you are on the same map as the camp
-camp no longer extends buff duration
-camp skill levels now increase Food-Buff (from food-table) duration. 30 minutes at camp level 10
-camp duration: 6 hours at level 10 (but you may extend the campā€™s duration by paying silvers).

Food Table:
-increased skill levels increases the food effects

its really hard to do CM solo

Thats exactly how it should be
The fact that you were able to solo stage 5 at all on a korean test server means it should be me made harder not easier

What exactly does this mean?

Does this apply to pvp only? or does it also means ranged mobs will be targetting players with higher AoE defense first?

If the latter is true, this means if we go in a CM mode with one tank (high AoE defense player) then all ranged mobs would target him first? If this is true, it looks very promising for tankers.

Will AoE tanking mobs finally become a thing? If I stack enough AoE defense I can take damage from a boss while the rest of my party doesnā€™t?

If it would be 6 or 7, yes.

But 5 should not be ā€œhard endgame cmā€, even more with the free gear we get at test.

My problem with CM 6 or 7 is that you literally dont do damage
I like how everything hits you like a truck and all that but especially on stage 7 you literally dont do damage unless you stack elemental damage
Its fake difficulty honestly, even playing in a party doesnt help unless you pick specific builds to do stage 7

So I dont really count them for CM endgame, especially since you dont get more rewards in the first place

7 is really overtuned now. six isnt that bad, good exp and another (lame) cube.
They really need to do something about that dmg reduction+elementaldmg. And improve the cm drops.

Seems like a ton of new intra-class synergies but only a couple kabba ones have been postedā€¦ Is anyone active on ktest thatā€™s willing to post more of these in specific? I know itā€™ll probably be a lot of workā€¦ But will be key in some decision making for many, Iā€™m sure.

no player should be able to go past 4 soloing a CM, maybe 5 if it is a broken class with decent gear, after that a party should be required

A better demonstration of Alchemist skills. Combustion followed by both pots being used one after the other.

Do people know if Appraiser get reworked ? I was planning to do Cannoneer Appraiser QS, but it seems canon is going to be a 2H weapon :sad:.

Overestimate improves the quality of your main weapon, so Appraiser will still work fine with your build.
Quarrel Shooter on the other hand, seems to be having its identity hardened as a ā€˜shield userā€™ so I donā€™t know if youā€™re going to get much use out of it holding a cannon. Perhaps consider Sapper instead?

Actually, with the new automatic weapon swap, you can still have Quarrel Shooter as well. Just make sure to keep the cannon in your second weapon slot and run around with a crossbow and shield as your main weapon.

There are new class synergies. Some make a lot of sense and some are very random (such as piperā€™s world-tree song increasing mergen AoE by +2).

Yes, the reading is easy but translating->typing(English) for the many skills takes some time. Before, I did parts of the devblogs and it was really a lot. I think you will have more luck waiting for crevox translated-posts right now. I donā€™t know if thereā€™s someone else translating. Many kTesters but few translators.

Kind of hoping there will be some synergy between Pyschokino and Sage skills, given how thematically similar the two are.

Interactions are now described alongside skillā€™s description.
This one we couldnā€™t understand only, but it is written there haha

Makes sense, didnā€™t see them in the database yet either but as long as theyā€™re in Korean somewhere Iā€™m sure weā€™ll see them soon.

The hidden skill interactions are now marked with a star in the skill description. They are in the skill simulator as far as I can see.

I see one for conviction which says that if the enemy is under the death sentence debuff and killed by conviction, the damage will spread, or something like this.

Here are a few more:

Using Balestra fente resets the cool down of backslide.

Kundela slash can fire ice shards from ice wall.

Cyclone deals dmg for 3 more seconds after its finished under frenzy.

Oh you were quicker. There is Energy Blast+Divine Stigma what i know of.

Also what is odd that Conviction+Smite still works afaik but they were lazy to mentionā€¦ or we still have more hidden ones too.

Hackaā€™s Helm Chopper stun increases from 2 sec to 4 sec if under Frenzy buff, and the skill also gains more AoE (?).
