Looking at the new scout classes don’t look really good to me O_o

Arditi

  • Granade damage look low, and range is too close (you can’t aim it O_O)

  • Molotov is the only skill that looks good for now, I like the damage of the fire in the ground

  • The jump back is OK

  • The heal WTF, is like a NPC potion with 40 sec cooldown, with that low heal recovered is useless, at least has to be 10% heal recovered or something like that. (and no overhead heal after use so is worst than the NPC pot X_x)

  • Dagger skills look very unimaginative, how hard is to make skills with fun/interesting effects?

Sheriff
I just hope the effect of the skills are good in PvP, in pve perspective almost all the skills looks underwhelming.

I imagined the grenades were timed when thrown… but it looks like a larger Katon jutsu that explodes instantly =/ doesn’t feel as immersive tbh

i agree, lazy design for the whole class; it’s not appealing at all

i would prefer utility grenades, like fear, blind…something close to the lacrymator design

Level Expansion

The max level has been increased to 420.

New Classes

1. Archer will have two new classes added.

Tiger Hunter
A long range damage dealer that uses a musket.

Matross
A long range damage dealer that uses a cannon.

2. Scout will have two new classes added.

Arditi
A short to medium range damage dealer that uses daggers and grenades.

Sheriff
A long range damage dealer that uses a pistol.

New Areas

New areas and quests have been added.

(11 different Level 388-415 maps. 3 waters maps, 5 wall maps, 3 forest maps)

Item Changes

1. New equipment items added.
In areas above level 390, you can obtain new level 400 equipment and legend equipment materials such as Planium.
-You can exchange Planium with Teliavelis for legend weapons and armor.
-8 pieces are required for weapons, and 3 pieces are required for armor.
-New legend equipment and Planium can only be market traded.

2. Dropped transcended items
Magic to unique equipment that drop in fields will randomly have transcend stage 0 ~ 10 already applied.
Unique equipment created via recipes will have transcend stage 5 applied.

3. Legend Enchant Jewel level change
Legend enchant jewels can be applied to equipment +60 levels over the level of the jewel instead of +10.

4. New Ichor System
By using three identical equipment with maximum potential, you can raise the success chance of ichoring to 100%.

5. Set Bonus System
You can now choose which set bonus you’d like when adding a set bonus to legend equipment, including Velcoffer. The old partis solution vials are no longer available.

Velcoffer Weapons: 24 vials
Velcoffer Armor: 6 vials
Savinose Weapons: 26 vials
Savinose Armor: 8 vials

6. Change Bernice Reward
The enchant jewels available from Remnants of Bernice will change from level 390 to 400.

7. Improving ease of awakening
You can now register equipment and awakening stones into the awakening window by right clicking them.

Legend Raid Changes

1. Entry limit changes
Instead of being able to enter legend raids 2 times per character per week, it is now limited by 5 times per team per week. The trade properties on Velcoffer items has not changed.

2. Legend Raid Portal Stones
By using legend raid portal stones, you can enter legend raids even after consuming all of your entries.
-Entering requires 3 Legend Raid Portal Stones.
-Every entry increases the number of stones required by 1.

3. Reduced cost to exchange equipment
Reduced the boss material cost to exchange Earth Tower (Lolopanther, Solmiki) equipment by 50%.

Challenge Mode

Challenge Mode Reward Change
-You can no longer obtain attribute points or instanced dungeon multiply tokens, but equipment may drop transcended.
-Existing challenge mode cubes can no longer be acquired.
-All items and silver are rewarded at the end of a challenge mode. (Thus, you will not obtain rewards if you fail the challenge mode.)
-Experience points are still rewarded immediately upon killing monsters.
-Stages 5 and below have a chance of providing recipes for raid portal stones.
-Stages 6 and above have a chance of providing recipes for legend raid portal stones.

Cube System Change

The cube system is being changed.
-Cubes will no longer drop from defeated bosses. After killing the boss, a Secret Cube NPC will appear, and you will receive your reward by speaking to it. The NPC will only remain for 60 seconds.
-You can no longer acquire cubes, but you can use cubes that you still have.

Death Penalty Changes

You will no longer drop silver or blessed shards in instanced dungeons, hunting grounds, or raids upon death. Gems will still drop.

Skill Changes

Updated the [Confusion] debuff.
-[Confusion] on affected characters now causes movement to reverse.
-In keyboard and gamepad mode, you will move in the opposite direction of the movement you have pressed.
-In mouse mode, you move in the opposite direction of the coordinates you clicked with your mouse.

The duration of some buffs has been changed to 30 minutes.

The buff durations were increased for ease of use.

Class Skills

Swordsman

Pain Barrier
-Cooldown 60 -> 30 sec
-Duration is now halved in Team Battle League, Gemstone Feud, and Territory Wars.
-SP Cost 168 -> 134
-Upon using Pain Barrier, you will receive immunity to debuffs below rank 3 for 3 seconds.

Lancer

Prevent
-Cooldown 25 -> 60 sec
-Cooldown reduction per skill level increased (1 -> 3 sec).
-Functionality changed. Now removes [Slow], [Hold], and [Arrest] from the user immediately upon use, then provides 3 seconds of immunity to those debuffs.

Barbarian

Cleave
-Can now be used while riding a companion.

Seism
-Can now be used while riding a companion.

Wizard

Teleportation
-New skill added.
-Cooldown: 20 seconds
-SP Cost: 74
-Range: 100 + (skill level x 20)
-Overheat: 1
-Upon use, the threat of some monsters that are targeting you will be reset.

Psychokino

Teleportation
-Skill removed.
-New attribute added. Adds 1 overheat to Wizard’s Teleportation skill.

Teleportation was moved to Wizard, but you can still select Psychokino as an option to enhance Teleportation.

Archer

Jump
-New skill added.
-Cooldown: 15 seconds
-SP Cost: 45
-Jump distance: 80 + (skill level x 10)
-Overheat: 1
-After jumping, you will immediately leave combat.

Mergen

Downfall: Broaden
-Range decreased by 20% (50 -> 40).
-Increases the hit interval of Downfall by 0.1 sec.
-Number of targets hit no longer fixed to 5, now is 3 + (AoE Attack Ratio / 3).

Homing Arrow
-Class level required increased (1 -> 16). Thus, the maximum skill level has been decreased to 10.
-Skill Factor 277 / 9.4 -> 277 / 13.9

Jump Shot
-Skill removed.

Cleric

Heal
-Cooldown 10 -> 1 sec
-Overheat 2 -> 1
-Every time the caster uses Heal, they receive 3 seconds of the [Heal: Overload] buff. When overload is active, the SP cost of Heal increases by 20%, and this effect stacks with every use up to 10 times. After 3 seconds of not using Heal, all stacks disappear at once.

Cure
-Cooldown 20 -> 10 sec
-SP Cost 157 -> 165
-Overheat 2 -> 1
-Now only targets party members.
-Can no longer damage enemies.
-Removes 1 debuff below rank 3, with a scaling skill level chance of removing 1 additional debuff.
-Enhance attribute now provides additional chance to remove an extra debuff.

Scout

Cloaking
-In Team Battle League, Gemstone Feud, and Territory Wars, Cloaking will immediately be disabled if the character enters combat.
-Can now be used while riding a companion, which will also give Cloaking to the companion.

Rogue

Backstab
-Cloaking will no longer be removed by damage dealt with Massive Bleeding.

Shinobi

Bunshin no Jutsu
-Clones can no longer be knocked back/knocked down.

Mijin no Jutsu
-The synergy that causes it to deal 2 hits will now apply with Hallucination Smoke instead of Lachrymator.

Bug Fixes

Many bugs were fixed.

New Legend Sets

New legend gear (Savinose) can only have two new set effects applied: Rykuma and Korup.

New legend gear is level 400 and has the same look as the other level 400 unidentified equipment. It comes with random stats but you can put an ichor into it if you’d like.

The gear ranking is now:

Magic -> Rare -> Unique -> Legendary
Normal -> Berthas -> Primus -> Savinose

Savinose must be created by using Planium at Teliavelis.

Thanks for noticing NOW after 3 years of the skill doing it, now someone on team notice enemies must re-adjust to your new location :unamused:

We are gonna kill them constantly. I don’t think monsters being cute is a good thing. I would rather they were ugly, and had cute pets.

Wait what!? Tosneet is back?

So what happened to the Lv 420 legend equips as mentioned above, and the holy sword thing? If it’s no longer a thing, then I’m staying with Velcoffer, especially since the new Lv 400 legends have only 8 pots (1-handed) and 9 pots (2-handed), which makes it extremely hard to get close to +11 after opening all gem slots and maintaining tradability. This further reduces the difference between +11 Velcoffer and the Lv 400 Legend. And of course if you have +16 Velcoffer, then don’t even think about it at all.

RIP Hackapelle. Hackapells can better spend the 10 points elsewhere.

Yay, now the clones can die even more instantaneously. Seriously IMC, do something to the clones’ survivability! Currently they can only survive for 1-2 attacks from most Saalus’s bosses!

So, for lv 400 equipment, there is no Magic (blue) grade? This looks kinda weird, considering how equipment were organized so far.
