Level 390 Hunting Ground
Iredian’s Refuge
In this area, you will fight level 390 monsters that are much more difficult than previous hunting grounds. The area also contains level 400 boss monsters. By hunting monsters and completing gimmicks, you can move to special areas where many monsters gather, or even attempt a solo only raid. In this raid, you can obtain high level necklaces and new Seal items.

I have my doubts if the theoretically most efficient character to farm, “corsair> thauma> linker”, will have enough damage, the corsair’s skills seem weak

OMG it’s not exactly what I want but I’ll take it. Priest buffs are relevant again.

January will be a busy month.

  • Guild raid dungeon
  • Lvl 390 hunting grounds
  • Low lvl dungeon will be combined and no more exp and silver penalties
  • Uphill, Bernice dungeon and earth tower rework / balance
  • And more

At least, that’s what one could gather from Google Translate. Feel free to correct this post, if necessary.

New Content

Guild Hideout Raid (January)
A new type of content will be added that takes place in your guild hideout. By talking to an NPC in your guild hideout, you can start a raid against a generated boss. You will gain points based on your contribution, which will be converted into silver by talking to the NPC on the next Monday after completion.

New Level 390 Hunting Grounds (January)
Iredian’s Refuge

In this area, you will fight level 390 monsters that are much more difficult than previous hunting grounds. The area also contains level 400 boss monsters. By hunting monsters and completing gimmicks, you can move to special areas where many monsters gather, or even attempt a solo only raid. In this raid, you can obtain high level necklaces and new Seal items.

Content Reward Improvements and Accessibility (12/20 Update)

Guild Quest
The reward from doing Guild Quests will be upgraded.

1000 Attribute Points (14 days) x1 -> x5

Gemstone Feud
-The Gemstone Feud entrance has also been placed in Klaipeda, Orsha, and Fedimian.

-The number of Goddess Blessed Gems you can trade for per day has been increased to 2.

-The amount of badges required to purchase items has been decreased. (Please see the list.)

Content Reward Improvements and Accessibility (12/27 Update)

Collections
You will be able to view and register items in your collection anywhere, anytime, without going to the Magic Association NPC.

Instanced Leveling Dungeons
They plan to consolidate lower level dungeons for shorter matching times. They also plan to reduce EXP and silver penalties for death, with the exception of the highest level dungeons.

Content Reward Improvements and Accessibility (Next Month’s Update)

Uphill Defense
They plan to reduce the amount of runs you can do per week, but drastically increase the reward.

Remnants of Bernice
They plan to change the reward, and the rankings will be reset with this update.

Your team will be rewarded with attribute points for continuous participation. The reward paid will be based on the highest stage cleared out of all your characters.

The ranking reward will be changed from one that is basically for prestige/honor to one with real value. The rewards given out will be per base class, not overall ranking.

The development team does not use Remnants of Bernice as a basis for balance patches.

Earth Tower
After [Re:Build], the difficulty of this was adjusted to be based on the new battle balance.

The duration/amount of time it takes to complete certain sections, such as defense sections, cause boredom and they will be changed.

You will no longer need to consume a token to jump to any 5th floor (though you still need proof that you’ve cleared it at least once).

You will still need the token to enter Solmiki.

Guild Territory Wars
In the near future, territory transfers will be officially held and systems related will be updated. There will be a detailed post next week on changes/additions to the beta.

Lastly, the development team is working on an overall reorganization of the rewards from content within Tree of Savior. An update will be provided as soon as final details are confirmed.

Thank you.

Just to be clear, is it 70% of the normal casting or 30%? On iTOS now, is 70%. So got nerfed?

It’s 30%. The final value is reduced to 30% of the normal amount. (2000 becomes 600)

In the screenshot above, it seems that Spell Shop Blessing stacks with regular Blessing, that may be the reason (unless that’s a bug).

Yep. That’s why I said “too”, because they’re ambiguous.
Not only for Partis, but for transcend and refinement they are treated as armor too.

Or for Transcendence Shard Requirement :stuck_out_tongue:

They did say that the new Musket and Cannon classes were coming in January, correct?

Sadly, we can’t make rainbow builds anymore, so mixing alchemist with rune caster may not be all that great for scroll-sellers. A nice pick for a crafting alchemist though. At least we can have enchant fire.

RE:BUILD!!!

I’m waiting for IMC to actually make smart enemy mob AI’s … can’t they mimic players movement with jumping / zig zaging / countering / spell combos / attack combos / taunting … mobs are too stiff and easy … at least make them harder to farm, let us players enjoy some nifty combos against them XDD specially the bosses lol … oh! also add comical curses / profanity in the mix XDDDD

I can’t count the times I fell asleep farming …

Is this up to date? Does Asio staff still give dex on kToS? :frowning:

Any idea if Shadowthorn or certain spear skills will still break Bloody Overdrive?

my alchemist have 2 functions, craft potions for me(i don’t sell), and craft enchant fire(i don’t sell) for my AA character(BM), (i don’t use the gem shop, my shop character are squire)

for my case, nothing changes, is the same character who never leaves the city and makes enchant fire and portions for own consumption

I tend to make some silvers by making Pole of Agony scrolls on my alchemist enchanter, but since Alchemist is actually a viable support option now, maybe mixing Alche With Runecaster is pretty good even for a serious build. The nice part is you can even use the new system to swap out the last class to something like Warlock for the pole of agony scrolls.
