Well i guess with Pre-Emptive Strike back the issue with full support Archers not contributing with enough damage is out of the way. :thinking:

A good thing, but i still hope they tweak Hunter a little bit. That damage reduction in Growling still makes no sense whatsoever.

Looks like Double Attack only works with secondary weapons attacks now. No Double Gun Stance-

All gems are bugged. They go back to lvl 1+no roasting when equipping lol

Skill Balance
-Skill factors have been re-evaluated and modified based on cooldown time, class icon color, channeling, and casting time of all attacking skills.
-Overall, skills received a 15% increase on average with skills with greater conditions being increased further.
-In particular, skills such as Meteor, Rune of Stone, Zenith, Gigante Marcha, and Eradication were greatly improved.

-The SP consumption of all skills has been refined. In particular, SP consumption for pet skills and installation skills has been decreased greatly.

Item Balance
-All Shield item physical defense reduced by 30%.

-Modified the recovery of potions and their cooldown time. (Cooldown time for store potions increased 22.5 -> 25 seconds, recovery on Alchemist HP potions and SP potions greatly increased).

-[Recipe - Raid Portal Stone] tradeable status and required items have changed. You can now trade it freely (market, personal trade, etc). Ingredients have been changed to 15 Sierra Powder and 30 Nucle Powder.

-Basic “Growth” equipment will now be provided when changing to some classes. You will receive basic, normal grade weapons when switching to Cannoneer, Musketeer, Rogue, or Assassin.

Monster Balance
Monster stats have been changed.

-The level of “virtual equipment” worn by monsters has been changed to -30 of their level.
-The defense and magic defense of extra large monsters has been reduced by about 8%.
-The HP of normal rank monsters has been reduced by about 15%.
-Hunting Ground monster health multiplier has been reduced by about 30%.
-Mercenary Mission monster health multiplier has been reduced by about 20%.
-Instanced Dungeon monster health multiplier has been reduced by about 35%.
-Instanced Dungeon monsters now use downgraded “virtual equipment” enhancements.
-Monsters that use Barrier now only have a 35% chance of using it.
-Monsters that use “Throw Caltrops” now only use it at level 5 instead of 15, and only have a 35% chance of using it.

Raid
Unique Raid “Astral Tower Closed Quarters” difficulty adjusted.
-[Stage 1] The number of collectable souls has been increased (30 -> 50).
-In [Stage 4], the HP of NPCs has been increased.
-Damage of some monsters has been increased.

For KTEST only, Velcoffer now has a limit of 100 Soul Crystals instead of 5.

Territory Wars
Testing of Territory Wars will temporarily be halted.

Skills
Doppelsoeldner
-The cost of purchasing the attribute Doppelsoeldner: Tough has been reduced by about 15%.
-The cost of purchasing the attribute Cyclone: Ravage has been reduced by about 15%.

Dragoon
-Dragoon Helmet duration increased (60 -> 300 seconds). Damage bonus decreased (100% -> 50%). Now reduces movement speed by 5 and reduces SP by 2% per second.
-New attribute: Dragoon Helmet: Lightweight. Changes the appearance of Dragoon Helmet and the effect. Now only increases skill damage by 25% instead of 50%, the movement speed reduction is decreased, and it only consumes 1% SP instead of 2%.

Lancer
-Quintain: Sure Victory has been re-added.
-Rhongomiant: Shield Crush has been re-added.
-Gigante Marcha cooldown reduced (60 -> 50 seconds). Knockdown effect upon hitting enemies has been removed.
-Initiate now ignores 10% of enemy defense.

Retiarius
-Dagger Finish now uses primary weapon attack instead of sub weapon attack.

Rodelero
-The skill Shooting Star has been re-added to the game. (Available at class level 31+)

Matador
-The attribute Picador has been changed to now cause a 5 second bleed when attacking enemies.
-The attribute Banderillero now provides more damage against enemies targeting you (20% -> 30%).
-Muleta: Showtime has been re-added to the game.
-Back Slide: Perfect Timing has been re-added to the game.
-Paso Doble now increases critical rate by 20% for 5 seconds after use.

Murmillo
-Enemies struck by Shield Train will now be stunned for 3 seconds.

Barbarian
-Frenzy damage gain per stack increased (1% -> 2%).

Cataphract
-Trot duration increased (10 -> 20 seconds). Base movement speed bonus halved (10 + skill level -> 5 + skill level).

Templar
-Horse Riding now stacks with up to 3 Templars when attacking or defending colony points for additional point bonuses.
-Non-Invasive Area can now be used with a rapier, and the range has been doubled (50 -> 100).
-Advanced Orders is now an aura for 10 seconds with a range of 150.
-Battle Orders range tripled (50 -> 150).
-Flying Colors range tripled (50 -> 150).

Fencer
-Fencer: Offensive Rapide has been re-added to the game.
-Balestra Fente leap distance increased.
-Epee Garde duration increased (7 + skill level * 3 seconds -> 15 + skill level * 3 seconds).

Highlander
-Skyliner now deals 3 hits to bleeding enemies.

Hackapell
-While the buff from Cavalry Charge is active, Grind Cutter has +10 AoE Attack Ratio.

Hoplite
-Pierce now hits boss monsters 4 times.

Necromancer
-Create Shoggoth now provokes monsters around him every 20 seconds.

Taoist
-Eradication overheat increased (1 -> 3). It has been changed to [Magic] - [Lightning] property.

Rune Caster
-Rune of Protection damage reduction doubled (skill level * 1% -> skill level * 2%).

Bokor
-Whenever a Zombie attacks an enemy (Large Zombie and Wheelchair Zombie included), there is a 30% chance the enemy will get the debuff “Create Zombie” for 3 seconds to spawn a zombie on death.
-Zombify: Large Zombie and Zombify: Wheelchair Zombie no longer require specific levels of Zombify to use.

Alchemist
-The attribute Tincturing: Block Potion now has a 15% higher attribute point cost to learn.
-The attribute Tincturing: Critical Attack Potion now has a 15% higher attribute point cost to learn.
-The attribute Tincturing: Magic Amplification Potion now has a 15% higher attribute point cost to learn.

Warlock
-The attribute Darkness Fear has been re-added to the game.

Onmyoji
-The attribute Fire Fox Shikigami: Fire Property has been re-added to the game.

Appraiser
-Overestimate no longer applies to allies. Weapon enhancement bonus increased (Skill level -> Skill level +2).
-Insurance no longer applies to allies. Reduces the silver loss and blessed shard loss when you die by skill level * 5%.

Mergen
-Zenith cooldown decreased (50 -> 35 seconds). Overheat increased (1 -> 2).

Wugushi
-Jincan Gu chance of creating insects increased (50% -> 70%).

Schwarzer Reiter
-Limacon SP consumption per hit increased (9 -> 12).
-Limacon: Spread added SP consumption per hit increased (3 -> 5).

Falconer
-The skill Pre-Emptive Strike has been re-added to the game. (Available at class level 31+)

Quarrel Shooter
-Block and Shoot no longer provides a guaranteed critical hit and now provides +50% damage instead.

Druid
-The attribute Druid: Wolf Spirit has been re-added to the game.

Dievdirbys
-Owl Statue defense count reduced to a flat 15 (20 + skill level * 2 -> 15). Hit count reduced (3 -> 1). Now only has 8 AoE Attack Ratio.

Miko
-Kagura now has immunity to knockback and knockdown during its use.

Sadhu
-Out of Body now scales its evasion bonus with skill level (1% per level) instead of being a flat 10%. Some buffs now apply to the spirit (Blessing, Sacrament, Last Rites, Aspergillum, Visible Talent, Gregorate).

Oracle
-The skill Twist of Fate has been re-added to the game. (Available at class level 31+)

Kabbalist
-New attribute Ein Sof: Double Magic added. When using Ein Sof on an allied party member, you (the caster) will also receive Ein Sof for 15 seconds.

Priest
-Mass Heal cooldown reduced (30 -> 15 seconds). Healing Factor formula modified: (Skill Level - 1) * 211)% -> (1058 + (Skill Level - 1) * 211)%

Rogue
-Feint causes enemies to be unable to move or change directions for 3 seconds.
-Feint: Back Roll chance increased (attribute level * 15% -> attribute level * 20%).

Linker
-Physical Link can no longer stack with Lifeline.

Thaumaturge
-Swell Hands attack speed penalty removed. The maximum damage and defense bonuses are no longer percent gains and now scale with the user’s DEX stat. Formula: 30 + ( Skill Level - 1) * 2) + (( Skill Level / 5) * ( Dexterity * 0.8) ^ 0.9))

Shinobi
-Bunshin no Jutsu casting time removed. The range at which shadows detect and attack enemies has been increased. Fixed an issue where it was consuming too much stamina after summoning the shadows.

Outlaw
-Rampage now applies a buff to you for 5 seconds while using the skill. It causes you to deal 50% more damage to enemies, take 50% more damage from enemies, and prevents you from evading enemy attacks.

Many bugs with Re:Build have been fixed.

It’s the only skill that scales off daggers attack in the Swordsman tree, so that makes sense.

Interesting no nerfs on Assassin or Bullet Marker but the Schwarzer Reiter got one.

Did they lower the sp cost ? Because i don’t think you can sustain the new sp cost for 60 seconds without spamming every single type of mana pots on CD

Dragoon’s helmet was indeed too powerful sitting at 60 sec duration, 10 cd, +100% damage with dragoon skills.

But making it cost 2% or 1% sp usage per second sounds a bit crazy now. I doubt you’d be able to keep it up for 5 min while still spamming tons of dragoon skills to deal damage. Surely the 2% sp per sec version will barely last 20 seconds.

Interesting they changed Dragoon’s helmet but didn’t touch Murmillo’s yet. I’d be ok with it becoming a 12.5% physical defense increase and 12.5% shield skill damage increase, but I truly hope it doesn’t drain SP crazily like the dragoon’s helmet now.

It is really interesting that offensive rapide returned. Epee Garde duration increase will make, assumind the CD is unchanged, to be fulltime.

It was not something needed, but it is more convenient anyway.

And Matador bleed seems OP.

Looks like they’re trying to reduce weapon investment so that each class would only have to scale off either the main hand or the sub.

I get that, but it just feel off now that the dagger itself won’t matter. Could be better to have it scaling with both weapons in 100% since is Dagger Finish.

It’s just me or Highlander is waaaay stronger than Doppel now?

How does Hackapell works kn the Swordsman branch?You still need a bow and handed sword to perform the skills or just the 1 handed sword is enough?

Since it move to the Swordsman branch and nit the Scout branch,I don’t see why it needs a bow anymore.If it does indeed still needs a bow then why not transfer the class where it’s suited and make sense which in the Scout branch where they use daggers,guns and range attacks?

Tried new patch for an hr or so…

  • Seems like freeze doesn’t change monster type to ice anymore. No more lightning +50% damage. (Not sure if is intended or bug)

  • Instant dungeons and CM monsters are over nerfed. Give me back at least half of the previous difficulty ><
