I thought you meant the other statues. But yes you can make some stuff permanent and make other builds and ways to play more smooth.

All in all this is a good foundation they can build on, add more classes for diversity and eventually let us have another class choice on top to open up even more builds.

About statues, did anyone understand how Ausrine works? I wanted to confirm because, what I understood with translation, is 50% CD reduction for whole party outside the Laima range… You don’t need to be in range for that. Is it true?

Could be but I believe the duration is only 20s and has more than 1 minute cooldown. So should work best with timing it with others to make the best use of the reduced cooldown and I believe Sp cost also gets reduced.

I understood that it increases the effectiveness in 50%. So, if it gives you 20% reduction, with Ausrine it goes to 30%.

What I’m more interested in is what’s that thing of keeping buff active even outside statue’s range.

Ausrine improve the statues.
Laima 20% CD reduction + 50% = 30%
Zemyna 22.5% SP reduction + 50% = 33.75%
Both statues gain +60sec duration outside their range per skill lv, so Ausrine lv5 gives 5min.
Carve Owl damage cycle reduced by 0.2sec.

But, the Ausrine is not working now, hope they fix it soon.

Instead I will give you a list of which skills are able to heal the statues for diev:
red = no
blue = yes, works on statue (mass heal, tree of sephiroth, revive work on statue)

So Monks double punch is just an attack speed boost with a damage enhance attribute basically?

Do stats via a class’s stat growth feel like they matter after this patch?
…Aside from the usual Con and Dex memery, anyway?

I’m a little curious/interested in a few hybrid cleric builds, but I know some classes don’t give their opposing-type in stats.
Pally-Exor-Inq or Druid-Exor-Inq would be pretty cool with the old Judgement -> Rubric combo tbh

Some mobs blocked and dodged my attacks (baubas cave) until I inserted accuracy and block pen gems. (got blocked and evaded at ~350 block pen and accuracy). Seems insect mobs (those baubas spiders) evade more often and Mutant mobs (those baubas golems) block more often.

You have no idea how many runs were save thanks to 16 tiles heal bombs…

specially when the team is short handed, turning my full support into a bomber to at least provide that extra dmg was always fun…

loved RO story and my only regret was not seen it all trought, I went through episode 1 > 15 and 100% everything before ToS caught my attention an by ep 15 I was sick of all the other BS around me at least on private servers I was trying out (forgot names)…

This game suffers the same fate, I love this game story and I collect and take screenshots of alost every book and piece of lore I can find :blush:

which in my opinion (if it’s a normal buff like it seems) is a very good addition and will probably make corsair combo very well with outlaw and BM

it buffs pierce and missile, so any build with dagger or pistol can enjoy it. (jolly roger now buffs physical damage too)

It got better with time, that;s what I tell people to give ToS time cause they pretend RO started popular and amazing, but that is far from the truth nor it stayed good all the time, games have their ups and down…

some people just have very selective memory…

Pala - Exo - Inq = 75% Patk bonus, 80% Matk bonus
Pala - Zea - Inq = 109% Patk bonus, 21% Matk bonus
Pala - Exo - Sadhu = 27% Patk bonus, 139% Matk bonus

Divide one by another and you get approx differences in damage:
(ignoring the flat bonuses)

  • 2nd build is (109 / 75) = ~45% stronger in physical damage than the first
  • 3rd build is (139 / 80) = ~73% stronger in magical damage than the first

So yes, stats do matter much more than before. This doesn’t mean hybrid builds are dead, but they’re harder to build with. To be worth it, the skills/mechanics this hybrid gives you needs to overweight the loss in damage (that is, if you are purely focusing on damage).

Of course if you take paladin, you’re having a big loss of damage since they have very little STR/DEX/INT, but also means you have plenty of extra HP…

(I believe these are the correct calculations? But someone can correct me if I’m wrong)

can you also explain new prana, because the translation is kind of confusing after the 1st line.
1st line looks like it gives 20% of magic attack as extra magic attack
2nd like looks like 75% of magic attack as extra psychokinesis damage
3rd like looks like 25% less psychokinesis damage taken

i dont quite understand what its trying to do.

I’m really sad that the Kino - Pyro - Cryo didnt show fireball+PP interaction…

Owls have their own skill factor (30+1 per skill level, lvl 15 max. Hits 3 times) and used to benefit from the spr minion dmg bonus. And likely still do given how their dmg are, but best to ask a ktester to verify that part.
More interestingly they do crit atm, so they should also benefit from magic crit atk and crit rate atm.

I think IMC will need to nerf it again tbh.

I think it’s wrong to use that God Power charge slash animation to deal puny damage with zornhau, lol but whatever. They kinda turned doppel into a real HL 2.0 now with damage increase conditions
