what change from SR ?

Schwarzer Reiters are getting a damage factor increase on the skills Retreat Shot and Wild Shot, with the latter also seeing a reduction in charging time. Meanwhile, the movement speed penalty of Evasive Action will no longer apply.

Really glad they’re finally touching up on the card system again - I assumed the reason they didn’t balance any of the ■■■■ cards was because they weren’t satisfied with the system and were reworking it. However, I also worry not having 8 Werewolf cards is going to totally ruin Rogue. (Speaking of Rogue, FINALLY my Hackarogue doesn’t constantly dismount).

Well the GvG system they mentioned previously still isn’t ready so i assume the new card system wil be out next year.

Papaya mentioned that changes are coming to ITOS soon, even within a week or two.

We still have to receive the fishing system and klaipeda rework, so unless all the changes come at once 1~2 sounds a little off.

He wasn’t specific, but he implied that it would be a fair sized update. We tend to get most of the KTOS changes at once, and occasionally even have one implemented that they don’t have.

you must be new here… is not rare for us to get 2-3 months worth of patches in 1 maint…

last patch was after 2 weeks? so its depends ;v avery cube patch is liek 2 week to… ._.

Well, I quit iTOS before for a year and came back early this May so I’m still new to how things work and how they do not. But if I may suggest, what if our stats contirbute 70-80% of our total damage in all terms? PVP or PVE, then skill damage will depend mostly on our stat builds rather than item based. This can literally nerf the pure con builds, because they will have no damage at all from just the items. The cleric tree which is so famous right now will be forced to make use of their INT stat for healing instead of making pure con which is really hard to deal with. BLOCK ? plus High HP pool? with many heals ? Hard … T_T

Anyways … stats in my opinion in TOS is very minimal in effect. Why not reverse everything give status points have more impact ? Even the awakening and enhancement have a much more impact than status points. Oh well. Just my opinion. It could or could not balance the whole pvp pve system

Well that is exactly what most, if not all, of us want. Persons have been saying that over and over. Sadly it’s like the developers don’t see it. They have a test server but… I feel like it’s not being used to it’s full potential.

If only DEVS would adapt the mechanics of how stats and items work from Ragnarok, I can really say that the multitude of players in RO would come crashing in TOS. If TOS would only be balanced as RO was. Then we could really say that TOS is the RO successor.

Oh well, no one from the DEVS are really listening I think. They dont want to make money at all. They should first learn customer service before they dish out their product. Might as well, hope for the best but not too much for it may break. Keep up the good work DEVS

One of the big problems if stats contribute 70-80% of total damage is the game will be even more linear than what is now.

Stats take up huge % of damage and survivabilty = lesser need for weapons and equipment. The entire (current) model of ToS will crumble as there isn’t anything else to do since players find grinding for gear and weapons not worth their time to get a minor increase in damage.

All equipment and items will have to be rebalanced/repurposed then. IMC will have to find ways to make gear appeal to the players more since raw damage/defence on equipment aren’t going to make them spend more time in game to farm. It will be another huge round of rebalancing.
