It’s a major buff to Summoners and Necromancers too, as most Summons do physical damage ^o.o^

I see. I was putting this down to dodgy translate. Do we even know which mobs do that? I’m not aware of any that buff their own mdef with a skill.

Buff duration 1/3 applied in PvP. Bye-Bye 100% status immune and 50% immortal clerics.
Transcendence and refine bonus for weapons only 50% in PvP. Bye-bye PvE builded hueknights.

A bit confuse on Pardoner skill change does it mean

Blessing Aspersion Sacrament sell by the shop will not affect by seller status (? No more 7000+ blessing?)

Duration has been changed so that the stat increase or buff that exists does not affect the performance of Blessing , Aspery , and Sacrament Stores .

So I think is that buffs like Divine Might, LifeLine and Transmite Prana will not affect the buffs that the pardoner sell.

It is totally ok. All buffs last 3 times less in PvP. It is not different effect. Different effect is Revenge Sevenfold, where in PvE it does almost nothing, while in PvP it one shots many players.
Now clerics should think when to use status immunity, immortality and reflect buffs.
