I’m so hyped. Lolopanther and Solmiki look very impressive. I should definitely start farming another lolo set in between Solmiki runs now.

Zombies seem to have improved by a lot. Especially Wheelchair Zombies will become interesting now for their improved Aspd and mobility.

Sadly Ogouveve is now lacking, as it grants a maximum of 25 STR at lvl 5, which is ± peanuts compared to the initial boost of 50% of casters SPR as bonus STR when they are created. But well, at least Zombokor is now a serious option, and not using/skilling Damballa doesn’t conclude the end of damage this way :slight_smile:

Oh, thanks! I didn’t know it had the Open Price for cubes.

Plus the SR had almost no Crit Rate ( ? ). He was doing some 5k crits which would be better if almost all hits were crits.

Zombies were doing more damage before this patch with Full SPR…

I’m legit looking at 800 less damage in the exact same area…

As much as I read this thread and plan for combat change thread, I didn’t notice on gem. Is it not change or not implemented in test server?

Well I forgot the new stats scaling and I need put some Dex then my SPR will fall a lot.
And it seems Carve Olw now remains only 25 seconds (fixed).

They haven’t changed gem stats and it seems they don’t plan to.

@Magnos its 25s fixed but they spit faster now.

My scouts are still crying :frowning:

I wish they would rework red gems max atk is bad…

That’s strange… Did they remove the SPR-scaling of Zombies?
Because if zombies now get additional STR for your SPR, there should be now way that Zombies have become weaker.

I honestly don’t understand IMC in their balancing, zombies should be strong or not exist in the first place if they’re just supposed to be nukes for Damballa, as Bwa Kayiman is still useless.

Bwa Kayiman needs either an attribute to double or triple your evasion while channeling, or an attribute that makes the casting uninterruptable. And of course it needs to scale with either your ASPD or the zombies movement speed when channeling[ or get a fixed 0,3 seconds delay per hit] as most physical skills now scale with ASPD.

I posted this before.
I was in Spring Light woods and created two Bokors.
One was Full INT the other was Full SPR both with Ogougeve.

The Full SPR Bokors damage was ranging from 1000-1500 with 2k crits.
The Full Int was going from about 600-800, but its Damballa hit a lot harder. IIRC I made this post for someone asking about Damballa information. Ogougeve was on for both.

After this update. You’re looking at basically 400-600 damage in that same area with Ogougeve on either stat distribution.
With 0 stats the zombies are hitting about 150-200.

People see these notes and think damage boost but if anything this entire update is a nerf to summons. I haven’t checked Necro but given how everything else is, it is likely in the same boat.

I’m guessing based on the reality of Sorcerer’s right now that SPR does not give Bonus damage anymore.
Which is why they hard coded zombies to take the users SPR and convert half of it to STR. This is nowhere near as effective as when SPR gave bonus damage.

Is the out of body defense reduction attribute bugged?
I’m getting pretty much double/triple melee damage when its on an enemy…

If they’re keeping Split Arrow cooldown-locked they don’t know what they’re doing. It’s literally the only thing Scout has and it only hits 3 targets anyway. Two and a half really, since the first doesn’t even get full damage. Spear Throw is questionable as well, since it already has a slow animation so being 0 cooldown doesn’t really make it OP even with DEX attack speed.

Let us really discuss the split arrow thing.

5 charges. 493% on initial target and 986% on two other targets
That’s a total of 2465% Being dealt out. 5 times for a total of 12325%. Every 10s.
Bounce shot Hits 6 enemies for 426% with 2 overheat its 5112% Being dealt out every 15s.

Not that it’s amazing, but hell the aoe class of archer “Ranger” Doesn’t even compete with Scout C3’s one skill lol. Time Bomb arrow is what 376% @ level 10.
Two Bounce Shots, a Time Bomb Arrow on as many enemies into 6 enemies and Split Arrow still does more damage in total.

Archer aoe is weird.

It’s also a R6 class with only two damage skills vs. a R4 class with multiple damage skills and a damage buff.

Also, again, it’s not as much a balance issue as a design issue.
