Hello friends,

I’ve finished the [20/04/2017] write up, please read through it with care if you would like to. I’m not used to so many class changes these days it feels almost alien, but i’m not complaining. :stuck_out_tongue:


They don’t it got changed a long time ago - when the first blessing scaling came around. so yeah - i saw a lot of shops on itos being all ‘full spr’ but really, their SPR doesn’t even add to the effects, since it would make an active support further redundant outside of healing attributes. ( _just something that i see that makes me scratch my wrist sometime_s :thinking: )

Spear Throw:
- Now has an overheat limit of 5.
- Now has a cooldown of 10 Seconds.

It looks like most of the 0cds have the same changes.

Yeah, I got that. But they ninja a lot of stuff and maybe they would understand that it would get the pardoners back into competing other than “I have the lowest prices”. New patch so “maybe”.

Long story short, vendors can only compete via prices because they can’t alter their products. They can keep combat buffers relevant by not allowing attributes to carry over in buffs instead of the stats (just like scrolls). That’s 50%.

Bad idea and opening an old can of worms where whole classes might as well be a scroll or buff shop. What would interesting to see is different buffs being sold than what a class can already provide depending on your circle choice. The competition of markets is always going to be a supply and demand thing.

Since I’m looking to make a rider, this means what exactly?

  • They are taking out summon atk pwr to rider def conversion and replacing it with 20% damage reduction.
  • They are adding 20% damage reduction on top of summon atk pwr to rider def conversion.

So what now? Are they scrapping SPR to summon damage?

I’m in favour of minimum pricing. It stops Pardoners from undercutting to the point of negative profit, while still allowing for higher pricing in low competition areas.

Completely missed the point.


Here’s something interesting for anyone with an SR to tinker with. Does the 30% damage factor affect all missile skills or something?

Earth Wave:
- Damage Factor has been increased from 48% to 71%, Damage Factor per level has increased from 2.6% to 3.9% (Lv 15’s Factor 84% → 125%)
- Now has 8 AOE Attack Ratio.

Doom Spike:
- Damage Factor has been increased from 79% to 118%, Damage Factor per level has increased from 5.5% to 8.3% (Lv 15's Factor 128% → 192%)
- Now has 8 AOE Attack Ratio.
Rush:
- Damage Factor has been increased from 56% to 107%, Damage Factor per level has increased from 6.7% to 12.8% (Lv 5's Factor 82% → 158%)

Glad to see these, Cataphracts needed it.

oi, don’t drag me down into this, you know I’ll disapprove anything, but deal with it anyway, it is the hunter way.

Anyway, any videos on falconer 3?

I would like to see hunter pet be a debuff you have to kill (not that hard really) instead of what we have now.

I’m waiting on falconer 3 vids too. I need something to save my falconer from turning into a cannoneer. I actually spent the 25m for the attribute but hardly ever use it. May as well dump it into [cannon blast]'s attribute.

This time they really challenge my Sapper-Scout. A lot of changes which effects the gameplay completely, but I like it.

Second Class I rolled after a Peltasta in the CBT’s was a Hunter.
Now I have…

Two Hunters
Two Sadhus
And a Sorcerer
the other classes are for team level…
Wtf am I doing to myself.

Now it has a chain burst for monsters defeated nearby with the Explosion. I wonder how it looks with like 50 monsters in the screen

Strength build? I’m kind of worried that any dexterity builds will be niche, but w/e. Looks fun.

1:1 150 Dex/Str. Still getting some good crits only with a leather set and Archer C2 Swift Step Attribute.

I would only add to OoB the so called attack speed that DEX is giving now. If this is too complicated, give us a c2 (or3?) attribute that increases the attack speed by a fixed amount or based on something. This would justify perhaps a low damage, or buff the spirit damage.

We want to hit with our astral bodies, as this is the only thing that we can do with it (asking for the spirit to be able to use skills may be too much for now…)
