also posibly intentional, lvl 2 attribute that gives 150 crit even on early levels with no real drawback? uh… who knows what else they will update the next tuesday anyway.
Considering that the current swift step is +25% crit with no real drawback as well…not impossible.
Time to wait for tuesday I guess.

this balance patch has no intention to keep the game equal to before with 1 rank choices overpowering c3 ranks just sayin
I take I look at stuff like sadhu getting OOB nerfs even when being outrageously weak and I wonder if that’s really the case.
Nevermind that elementalist is currently stronger than warlock despite being a lower circle class.

And at the moment the only people I see dealing decent damage are those with highly enhanced weapons:

well thats to be expected, % formula means that higher attack the better. and well weapon attack once you get high refine and trans begins to kick in, weapon attack becomes 60% or even 80% to 90% of your total attack , a lvl315 sword has around 1k attack, goes to 3k with lvl 10 trans, thats pre refine. if you refine it to say 15, it would have around 1800 attack, wich is 5400 attack on trans 10. and im pretty sure even if you go full str. you wont have more than 1k~1.5k base attack. so once you get high enhance/trans your damage could double or even more!

also invocation doesnt seem bugged, but is doing around 500%? or more base damage per hit… wich… im going to guess they will nerf cuz that is ALOT lol

It’s not that I wasn’t expecting that, on the contrary, it was one of my questions because I really don’t see how this can help casuals.
Unless you expect that magically all players now will be able to reach 5k attack fast enough, when a player with +17 weapon doesn’t even reach that:

Wiz3 without quick cast +50% is trash, invocation in that video is bugged, the weapon damage is on par with practonium weapon (consider it an highly enhanced 170/220 weapon, like most casuals have) and well, mastema alone doesn’t justify going w2 imho.

enhance costs are down BY A LOT so refine doesnt feel like a toll on your silver, i almost used all my potential with just 400k lol.
trans supposed to be cheaper also but idk if it is implemented, also something about gems being fully refunded instead of a chunk? again dont take my word as an example.
5k was just an example and should not be taken as a literal number to achieve but what you could achieve with a one handed weapon (bows can get to 8k but their damage varies too hard).
casuals can still play the game as if nothing happened since most casual content was severly toned down for this exact reason, they however cant and shouldnt expect to solo actual party content (missions, dungeons or world bosses) compared to an actual invested player.
if i can get refine to 10 and trans to 5 i would be happy with that since it would already double to triple my weapon efficiency without having to go ham on lvl 10 trans tripling the stats of my weapon post refine.
1145 damage is like practo weapon in patch? they buffed weapon so pract weapon without ench should have 1400 minimum ._.
ok yes but put 2 blue gems and make +6 ench it shuold be at last 1500
btw i trought weapon buff will be a little higher
