I’m not sure but could anyone confirm if Thauma got a 50% int scale?That’s what I understood with google translator but it seemed a bit off.

OOB got nerfed as well, 129% now.

They need to make sure other linker skills are viable. Joint penalty is too strong, I agree. But spiritual chain breaks SO easily and physical link is still a troll skill.

No reason to nerf the only strong skill in entire class tree and leave others as it is. We need at least a different color for spiritual chain to separate from physical link. Got yelled at a few times because of that.

I’ve finished the writeup for [kTEST - 14/04/2017]'s patch notes. I’ve omitted the skill factor changes for now since i can’t write them into the document without it taking forever, i’m going to copy and paste them into a google document and leave a URL in there. :smiley:

Boom of alchemist actually… Those are shop ones, and there will be Alche ones… so in total 2 types of potion for HP and 2 types for SP… or at least thats what i understood about it…

those potions costs more than the average hp/SP potion, they also have sepoarate cooldown so you can have both

A monk does 850% in a second. pyros wait 15 seconds to hit 980%. Not sure how it will turn out but maybe it will be fine. who knows… x_x

Also pyro is a rank 2 class and monk is rank 5…
compare it to rank 2 cleric classes and all of a sudden it is comparable…
(looking at that Zaibas)

and also it was nerfed to about 450% a second.

It seems like it will divert the sales from alchemists to the game shops though.

From google translate,

  • Item stop potions with 45 sec cooldown but operate at +80% efficiency compared to lv15 alchemist potions

  • Alchemist potions is at 30secs cooldown

It really depends on how SP/HP hungry the new content really is to utilize 2 potion cooldown timings. Weight is also a matter if the char has weight limitations it might be better to just carry the stronger potion.

but that pricing though.
At least on Orsha lvl 15 sp pot is 900 and hp is around 600-700. shop prices are way higher

Did they just nerft Smite? WTF, Paladins are already weak as hell, now they do even less damage.

Smite - Now deals 20% Additional Damage to Devil & Mutant Type enemies. (Previously 300%)
- ‘Conviction’ Debuff will now make this damage deal 50% Additional Damage. (Previously 150%)

pyros also use flame ground, fire pillar and fire breat, they also should have another skill for the other 4 ranks. if you are going to make a character i doubt they want you to focus your damage on 3 skills and do nothing else with your other 5 ranks.

if its too weak anyway they will buff it somehow, all reliable DoTs skills have been getting nerfed and spammeable skills got nerfed too it wasnt just pyro, fast and constant dps shouldnt be stronger than burst wich was the case a lot of times.

well smite has a good % now and being able to deal around 400% of it every 9 seconds with 2 overheat made it stronger than several burstier skills with higher cooldown, everything is supposed to deal less damage now

If they nerf carnivory that much, thay should atleast make it an aoe skill instead of 50 maximum hits

Yeah, the pricing is way higher. Need to really play first before making assumptions on how it will be though.

Reading though the patch notes, fireball is kind of nerfed too hard imo. Now it is a 1 hit melee range aoe?

checking more deeply… i think some skills damage were actually increased to compensate the new fixed duration.
frost cloud hits for 272% every 0.3 seconds for 5.4 seconds.
thats 18 hits of 272% for a total of 4896%, wasnt it 4400% before? its actually stronger in less time now.

prominence was nerfed tho… but it hit way too hard imo.

monks dont stay happy for too long, if you guys stay too strong with the double punch % you are bound to be nerfed like every other 0 CD spammer (either by increasing SP/Stam consumption or by reducing damage).

on other news… seems like constant draining skills are less annoying now?
blood sucking is doing 60 SP every 0.4 seconds, wasnt it like 210 before?

EDIT: There are way more changes than mentioned.
cryomancer for example got a lot of skills scaling reduced by around half, however ice blast was buffed o_o…

That makes sense I guess. I haven’t played in a while and saw these changes so I’m pretty excited to come back and try out some stuff since I have 330 of every class.

oh wow, sorc got changed too.
bats no longer deal fixed 440% at all levels, they scale from 232% at lvl 1 to 411% at lvl 15, desmodus and evocation also got a buff.

rune caster got nerfed on rune of justice (was 500~ x5 now 216 x5) and buffed on rune of destruction around 2x damage.

guys for only like 4 days… there is A LOT of changes on everything, we cant really expect anything to stay the same

barrage got nerfed by a lot, around 1/3 of the damage it did (wich was too much tho… 325 *5 ? now 127 *5 at 15)
bounce shot got buffed and spiral arrow got nerfed.

throw gu pot is the only straight nerfed wugu skill to a 69% every 0.5 seconds for 14 seconds should be 1932% over the duration, if you still can proc wugong gu aoe with it and manticen you should still have high aoe dps, maybe will need a sapper/mergen for better efficiency tho.

From the looks of it, they trying to balance out the meta of multi-hit, multi-target skills. Which is kind of great as it gives those single hit, heavy hitters skills more chance to be part of the dps meta.

Ice blast has a prerequiste of dealing damage, perhaps which is why they increase the damage to attract more takers I guess.

Yep, somehow I hope that they will set up a test server on iToS too. More people to test = more feedback.
