Right now coursing/retrieve deals 1 tick per second in my experience in IToS, if they changed it to 2 ticks per second on KTest that was a huge boost, add the % damage it deals now and it was dreamy, perhaps too much. they reduced both duration and damage in order to reduce damage in quite an impressive way. In the current version I even bet that in PvP (not important I know, but it is important in a way, it has been a touchy topic for many, a hunter?! IN PVP?! WE’RE DOOMED kind of behaviour) coursing/retrieve are still halved.
If they’re going to reduce the duration and the damage due to lower duration they might aswell redesign the whole skill and make it do something more appropiate to the theme.
