I am not really sure, but I havent read anything about a change on cards

Those stats are uniquely for the HG item, what we want to know is the “generic” bonus that leather gives given that it has the lowest pdef/mdef.

When I wrote “DPS benefits”, I wrote it in the context of the bonuses being geared toward offense, exactly as they mentioned.

are you looking for the 3/4 or full set attributes? I think it is the same as now.

I’ve been watching all the videos available and what I understand is that pdef/mdef will never be as valuable as before.
The damage mitigation is way way lower than what we have now and you will never take 1 damage anymore.
Some skills % on top of the way the new damage dealing works (influenced mainly by weapons), will end up to be high enough to 1shot in pvp, specially when said weapons are highly transcended.

Basically, you can’t mitigate damage as much as now, but you’ll still be able to deal high amount of damage, and as someone pointed out earlier, investing (more) in pdef/mdef becomes completely useless at some point since the damage reduction is so small that isn’t even worth the hassle.

In pve, mobs are still dumb enough to not be a huge threat with proper dodging.
Anyway, you’ll need some CON to stay alive :smile_cat:

3 pieces gives you 30 crit rate, 4 pieces gives you 50. Thats with the default tester leather set.

@Di3rn does the 30 crit stack on top of the 50 crit when wearing 4 pcs? Or do you only get 50 and the 30 from the earlier effect is overwritten?

3pcs = 30, wear 4 = 50 total 80
OR
3pcs = 30, wear 4 = 50 total 50


Honestly, I’m asking because up until now, with the plate/cloth set bonus of 5% and 10% at 3/4 and 4/4 respectively, I’m still not sure if they’re added on top of each other or they overwrite their previous bonus. Just wanted to be sure :slight_smile:

hi do you happen to have the link for the 270 HG armors?

Well, I’m putting all on hold at the moment since investing further in equip/gems/attributes would be a waste, as things will change for sure and what we know now might not be what we will get since it’s not definitive.

I feel the same way tho, it will be a new game inside an old one.
Hopefully not as broken as the current :smile_cat:

I can’t buy armor passives since its not on the npc anymore, so i don’t know if that bonus will scale.

Okok but, even after they nerfed the “big mobs” on the high lvl maps, it wasn’t a walk in the park to stay alive in there.
My equipes aren’t the best in the market but, as a druid c3, lycan activaded and status dobled… If armor takes huge nerf as i’ve been reading, things won’t be good e.e
I probably didn’t really get something about the new armor status and stuff. If it’s the case, Sorry about that : p

While Fencers were hit by the removal of crit rate and changes on DEX.

Druids are getting hit by the global increases on SP usage and the fixed value on SP/second under Lycanthropy that its just impossible to keep with the current available potions .

The skill itself was able to min/max its duration on the previous system by reducing your sp pool and increasing your sp regeneration. Lycanthropy was already a heavy questionable skill on kToS as many players werent able to sustain it without investing on low level gears that boosted SP recovery, avoiding several items that increased SPR and a Squire alt character

I would like to ask for this skill sustain to be revised. Its pointless to have a 6 minute duration skill if you can’t keep it for more than 30 seconds.

Edit: Just checked more ktos thread, seems they also reduced the HS bonus by a lot and Druid3 is being considered useless now. You guys better revise it =3=

If Im looking correctly at the new element table someone posted earlier, Fire is now neutral on Ice, while being stronger on Earth (1.5x), still bad to itself (0.75x) and being weak to Ice (1.5x)

Yeh

I like it much better than the old one.
It’s way more systematic and even now.

We got the 4 elements in a nice cycle of Ice>Fire>Earth>Lightning>Ice, while all being worse to themselves. Then Poison being just slightly more effective on all 4 elements but also being worse against itself. Dark and Holy remain perfect counterparts while now also being bad against themselves. And Soul which has been added some while ago is the only one strong against itself while being strong against Holy and Dark.

Now the only thing bothering me is that Poison still has no “weakness”. Thought Soul would have been a nice choice for that.

Still waiting for wizard classes that revolve solely around Earth/Lightning elements :'D

They’ll get to adding 3rd/4th options to each rank at some point right? xD

the SUB stats of OLD equips dont change??? i mean… the new set in hunting dg is better than lolopanther / manahas set and all things?? the old armors SUB stats need change too IMC. crit rate is very needed now!
