Was it released at ktos or not?

its in itos if your talking about the new plate armor set, only 1 of the pcs is from a world boss, the other 3 are from elites, the usual 1 elite per ch per 30min nonsense

Do you know what class path does number1 wb fencer took on kToS? some said it’s hl3>barb1>fencer3 but some also said sm3>pelt>corsair>fencer3.
Fencer is a stand alone class. Any thing that is circle 3 fencer = OP.
But if there are 3 fencers. Any one with a better burst duration wins.
You also forget theres the pelt > barb 3 > fencer 3 and sword2/sword3 variant

If we’re talking about a cloth boss then it’s HL3>barb1>fencer
if it’s an annoying boss that can do several knockdowns and you don’t have free SZ everytime it’s SW3
Barb3 is for general use due to its versatility, it’s what I recommend the most for newbies getting into fencer
forgot to add, hoplites variant also exist if you are willing to switch for spear lunge, simply get stabbing. Though I chose to ignore this variant because there are a lot of other hoplites to do the job for me anyway

That Restraining Dethrone>Rush combo, damn scary.
Miko’s Gyohei also scary in buff removal but it faces the risks of having to be in melee range.

In Earth Tower, Instanced Dungeon and General Rank 8 Maps, Some monster properties have been weakened.
Some monsters have also been given special abilities in maps around Rank 8.
Anyone know what exactly they weakened? And does anyone have the new enchantment values? That HP though.
Max Attack not P Attack (works on P atk and Matk), AKA better than blue gems at high lvls.
