[kTest[Ktos]] Class rework thread

I actually wished for this if they removed cool downs on most skills and the costs were manageable with buffs and consumables.

SP costs have to be significant in order for SPR to matter as a general stat.

Kinda like the SPR archers that existed at the beginning of ICBT2 before oblique fell off.

I never trust in these changes.
Just to think how they changed DPK in worse than before.
Reading all nerfs and how they make useless skills…

For that, making SPR boost item SP recovery would’ve been a much more reasonable design. Natural SP recovery is still very bad unless under tick-reducing buffs.

Only if presuming casts have to be maintained indefinitely.

A larger pool in a resource intensive game means you can use more options to start vs making those options more efficient.

The SP recovery just means you won’t take a disproportionate amount of time to refill that pool.

SPR did boost SP recovery, it may or may not still continue to do so. The fact that it did so in our current version isn’t even listed in their chart, so who knows if they took it out in the new version.

I actually posted about this in like the iCBT1 era in one of my earliest posts. There was a huge debate about cool downs and here we are coming full circle 2 years later.

You can find other threads detailing SPR and cool down debates. It is an almost useless mechanic because they were too lazy to add in cast times on most things creating proper balance. Some things do need cool downs obviously but most skills should just be spammable at a cost.

Since there is an overall increase of “attack” we need to undestand if critical is still achievable with a good equip.

But what about skills that consumes SP per second? As a druid c3 this isgetting me nervous ;–;

No druid Will be able to mantain lycan and use skills. I defnetly feel that sp recovery won’t do the job with the new extra sp consume from skills

There’s nothing to worry about. Lycanthropy is capped at lvl x sec now.

Most former sp-eating channeling skills, like melstis, seem to have changed.

the aspd was nerfed but the attacks speed still increased since of dex affects it

Anyone can translate the new blessing ? hear it was % now !

Blessing gives (3 x SPR) bonus at max level now, and some flat value.
Blessing has a % enhance to boost blessing damage (up to +50%).

@OhmSenpai +10% atk speed at all running shot levels.

Lycanthropy drains 80sp per second, which is equal to having a sp pool of 4k right now.

The current lvl 15 sp pots can barely sustain a druid3 on lycan while on combat with a 3.5k sp pool. So yes, its a real worry.

I still don’t fully understand How the sp consume will be based on… but acknowledge that we’ll still be using other skils WITH the extra sp consumption

SP cost is dev plan of making SP recovery classes sorc (cat buff), kabbalist (ayn sof), squire (yoghurt) viable again. Richer alchemists too.

Hum… what we would need to do to have SOME way to keep our wolf form up is reavely investing in sp recovery and actually put some points is SPR? 80 sp per second FIXED? Might i ask for a link? I didn’t have time to serach for the change skills. I did see ppl posting things here but i was always on my phone :V

I just opened my game and tested (in normal servers) how much sp I lose per tic with lycanthropy activated. It was 80~ points per tic, wich is faster then it would be per second. Aparently it wasn’t couting per second as described in the skill e.e idk if was, it felt weird.
Once they boost skill’s sp cost, I’m sure that it will NOT last for 30 sec.

No text about deed stack either. (is removed)
Notice attack speed bonus is gone too (removed).

+33% for 15 skill points.
Still a +1/3 increase for your attack.

Doppel is still cyclone 15, deeds 15 I think.


Surely will not last. Druid will still be useful for carnivory, sterea trofh, and hengestone boosted normal transform.

A1. Well, I can tell you that SPR is going to become a lot more important when it comes to saving up on potions. SPR will have a bigger effect on SP, and with the increase of SP consumption in several skills, it will be difficult to keep casting them like before without investing at least a little in SPR.


Physical characters will move back to attack stat + crit rate gem&item instead of crit stat+damage gem&items. Phada price will drop, sissel will rise for sure.

Reading this topic makes me wonder if some ppl actually know how to math…

Anyway, Psychic Pressure new SP cost is… unbelievable.
Currently i spend 23sp per second, then it will become 163sp per second with both attributes turned on…

Many classes are very less viable now. Some are dead for sure.
