because the tos rule for wizard always have been, AOE but lower number of multiplier(buff/debuff) for the skills.

but Now; with this patch is the first time that wizard gained a good amount of multiplier like mdefense debuff/buff and so on, with rune caster/linker/curse/petrified/lethargy/miko’s clap.
So we can expect that in the future they may also change the wizard aoe too, since the previous rules would not apply anymore , i guess , only time will tell.

Well i seriously hope so too. Else its saying that “reroll to healers/wiz everything else will be trashed”

@greyhiem The new Sleep attribute reduces the attack threshhold by 80%, so Sleep 15, with 15 hits, would have 3 hits. Do you know if when using Psychic Pressure, Heavy Gravity or Macro Dimension, the double damage reduces to normal damage after the 3rd hit?

If so, the only relevant combos with this skill are Micro Dimension, Dimension Compression, Alchemical Missile and Rune of Destruction (not counting Energy Bolt (waste of combo) or Astral Body Explosion from Sadhu (also a burst Psychokinesis skill))?

whats better for Spirit Shock? Full INT (matk) or Full SPR (spirit shock attrib)?

how much damage does the new spiritual chain attribute add for magic attacks? Holy shizz there are so many damage boosts now, can’t decide which stuff to combine XD.

3% per Spiritual Chain skill level. So 30% at level 10.

So now we lost the ice mage option? , that is so sad for me because I love the builds with cryo.

Multihits will consume Sleep’s hitcount for wakingup/bonus damage.

I think the attribute gives a +1 hitcount by default or something. Because at lvl 10 i can do 3 hits instead of 2.

Why does he play like that tho, just mob training and 1 triple arrow would kill all the monsters in one hit even with like half that atk. lol.

@greyhiem, do you think cryo3 still viable for PVP with Rune of Ice?

The monsters spawn based on your party position, if you stack in a corner the monsters will spawn next to you, it’s like those points in bullet marker’s test. There’s a circle around you that spawns monsters, and since they cannot spawn inside walls they appear next to you, just make sure there are no corridors/rooms near that corner. Cryo3 will always be pvp viable with Sub Zero Shield and Ice Wall.

if they change frost pillar i wish t hey change the art of the pillar instead of a tree like a glacial spike forming on the ground

IMC will release the ice version of Agny and say that Cryo is fixed.


Are there any videos on Pelt 3 yet? Max target and duration for Swash Buckling seems nerfed to me. Pelt 3’s attribute doubles “provoke effects” does nothing for Swash Buckling?

Swash feels the same as we have in itos right now, but i couldn’t test party play since i don’t have anybody to do that with and that where the changes makes sense i guess. The only thing i dislike is that the self buff that increases aggro limits is the same as the cd, so some mobs bugs and stop pursuing if you forgot to renew the buff instantly when gathering.

I see. It seems like it was a complete nerf then? Max for itos right now is +30 at 30s and for ktest it’s 21 at 20s. Thanks for the info.

Spirit Shock needs a nerf :tired:
