@STAFF_Ethan @STAFF_Shawn Hi there. About the xbox/play joystick, the buttons are also not right. The X button in the game corresponds to the Y button on my joystick. And that goes for all buttons (x,y,square, o). I had the same problem with a playstation joystick in the cbt. But now it remains and im using an xbox joystick this time. R u gonna fix that too or is there anyway I could try myself? Anyone here could help me with this? Thanks
is serious you are ignoring players who activate their vipās in a char and were stuck with them there without because advancement is buggy, and playing time is being lost, seriously are you doing little appropriate?
I got an other issue on the Fedimian server when a new massage pops up the chat jumps up to like the middle so need to scrool for evry massege -.-
Is there any other way to fix the $Data% bug? I have tried the method above and still no hope

I have somthing i like to add Fps Drops 20ich that is not even playable just saying then the game jumps up and down all the time in fps not sure why it even does?
The map i am in then it happen is ( Cobalt Forest ) and others map even at lowest settings it happens not sure if it has somthing to do with the server not being in Eu yet xD but hey who knows?

As i said it is not allways it drops but sometimes it is.
but sometimes it only drops to around 30-40 and normaly running with 50+ fps 
things that bugs me is
1: Gold sellers
2: text at the top of the screen with all the text
3: Fps Drops everywhere
Look at the fps just insane low oO
Also plz remove the Upper screen thing or lets us remove it on our own as it only say gold seller as you can see on the Picās -.- ā ā ā ā ā ā ā gold sellers
Most people open the DLC package because it does provide exp+30% ā¦ you at least could understand that would be the first things to do.
My point is, itās easy to recopy a team group from one server to another without problem. Just create an Token item to activate the transfert .
So you will have a continuous way to allow players to transfert and for you itās only a matter of validation if the team group name already exist or not.
If it does exist, you ask the player to change name of team group.
This is the cheapest, most versatle and best way to do it. And it cost you nothing and prepare for any later mistake. Imagine a server is blowing up, since you already prepared the item, you could just auto transfert the population by robotcopy.
Things are simply, do simple things and stop thinking

They are not ignoring you, they said they are working on a solution.
On the other hand, I donāt understand why so many people redeemed their vip pass immediately on an unstable server when IMC did say they would open more servers if needed.
When I was playing, the server was stable and there were no queues. These huge nightmare queues appeared like 2 hours into the game, after they already announced the EU server.
And in news, they promised āoptimal solution to make sure thereās no queues and no lag involvedā. So yeah, I had a free day, I used my token, EU server got announced, and 2k queues appeared. I often donāt have time to play, yesterday was a 100% free day, wanted to use it to the limit playing a game I was waiting for for 3 years. So yeah, forgive me for trusting a company and trying to maximize my progress.
is a terrible bugām still unable to proceed further, and I paid the maximum amount to play, they are with the money in the account and I here like a fool and not speak out, but open servers with several bug they know, I will have to wait until when to play? already makes 24hrs I posted about the bug (without an address if you want) and sent a ticket (or respond answered the ticket)
Ouch that sucks but i total agree, then i logged on i was like sweet i can play after a hour or so Eu server pop up i was like dam i am glad i did not use my things then xD
@STAFF_Ethan status on this? this is really game-breaking for a lot of players as it is a dead end for progress(unless we ignore the wasted class experience and continue leveling character levels), shouldnāt you put this on very high priority and hasten the hotfix?

itās just that you must have been somewhat conscious of the risk. I wasnāt home true, but my bf got home half hour after the Klai server opened and there were already 1000 people in waiting. So we decided to wait and see if another server opens.
I really hope they will handle transfers fast because I want everyone to be able to enjoy the game. And course it would have been better if IMC announced EU server from the start. Iām just saying to try to a bit careful when jumping into things.
+1 @STAFF_Ethan Will anything be done about this to compensate affected players? All of my friends are outlevelling me because Iām stuck as 1st circle and canāt use any exp cards to keep up with zone levels. Iām level 30 as first class, and Iāve wasted so much exp by now.

There is a really easy fix to the problem with founder pack Give it to us on the Eu server so we can get our pack on that server itās far eaiser and faster then transfering all of usā¦
However if that cannot be done. and u guys wont transfer all our purchased items for real money i will Force a refund through paypal. as this is Far from acceptable if we canāt get what we paid for what essentially happens is that alot of people force a refund and u lose that money. Plus u are most likely going to flagged as a scam company.

Cant see the quest object for Denoptic. As such, cant start the quest for Denoptic. lv60-70 quest.
there is already sutch a option when u go to chat settings - the gearweel on the right when u tipe massage
You can remove the text on the top.
Hit Enter once and you should see the line where you can write things down. There on the right side of it, you will see a screw. Uncheck the one for the messages on the top.
