  1. On May 30, 2017, we had announced that ‘DPK ratings will no longer be reset when a server is restarted for maintenance purposes or abnormally.’

However, we have found that there were issues where the DPK of certain items were found to be abnormal. As such, the lower DPK ratings will be fixed during this maintenance.

We having wait until open beta, if u guys make anything wrong again u will have no more players and no more event will bring they back… dont forget black dersert is comming and have less hype than tree of savior on beta but have alot of good critic, and dont think we dont know u guys dont make the backup cuz this u can make the rollback so try to do this right or the imc will be over sadly :cry:

I’ve return to the game like 2 days ago. Will I loose my benefits since Im blocked? I still dont have a single character above lv 150. Another thing, I bought a token and really like to use that 30 days.

This kind of stuff just discourage the community.

Have fun losing all the new players from the game overhaul and welcome events in those 4 to 7 days.

I am one of them and I just want to play, but sadly my temporary stuff will keep expiring, I will lose the current events going at the moment and I won’t be able to play for almost half of the time since I started playing this game. It’s just better to give up at this point.

I even ended up buying a Token on such a short time I played…

Welp time to quit game.
1st time seeing a game that temp bans you fraudulently for errors they caused causing you to miss out on both event log in rewards and compensations awards.
They could just let the game continue and fix the dpk error but they have to go about in this manner?
Imc is sinking quick. Anyone wanna link the dev post on how the dpk changes will improve the game and revitalise the player base?

Any extension on events? These daily events are huge and the compensation you’re giving isn’t enough to miss out on those+dungeons+saalus+my 35F Solmiki daily group.

I understanded that i had an extra hour of not being able to get in my acc because i dropped cubes while i was trying to grind for levels. I understand that 16 hours of maintenance vs the typical 2 to 3 hours was reasonable if we take account of how much stuff was to be removed and how much people plays in this server. But after all that, I see that the stuff I got wasn’t removed and I think “oh they said we’re gonna keep 1 item yay” and now I’m banned for 4~7 days because they couldn’t find the things in my account in the 16 hours I already gave them away? This is too abusive imo, I don’t care if they remove everything in my account i just wanna play , what is wrong with that! Their own Terms of Service says that its against the rules to disrupt other players gameplay constantly, what else is gonna happen now? Some day they will break the game so hard that I will get even VAC banned too?

Seguramente eres de los que llegaron tarde a la fiesta xD negro envidioso o no pudiste entrar o no tienes el equip/capacidad/guild para farmear, porque si hubieses podido, no habrias comentado semejante estupidez y estarias calladito rezando que no te quiten el drop. Es normal que la gente este molesta si ha gastado tiempo y dinero real en un juego que no tiene una pizca de seriedad con la comunidad, siempre nos pasan a llevar, ademas ¿Dónde esta el exploit o bug que mencionas? cito esto: (In video games, an exploit is the use of a bug or glitches, game system, rates, hit boxes, or speed, etc. Exploits have been classified as a form of cheating) Los ridiculos del dev team de imc dejaron la caga con el dpk y encima de todo no pueden manejar este problema afectando transversalmente a todos. no puedes decir que es un abuso o que estuvimos cheteando, la gente aprovecho la circunstancia que el drop estaba bajisimo. El 90% de los players estan farmeando items como en todo mmorpg a menos que seas del otro 10% de los “pronterianos” que se quedan en kla rascandose las bolas. estos retardados debieron hacer en un principio el rollback y no hacer estas estupideces de negar el acceso. solo lograran que se vayan a otros mmo. Al fin de todo esto nadie hizo nada malo. y todos nosotros hasta tu fuimos afectados, yo farmie varias cajas y material 315 y era obvio que se vendria esto.

Well, now that i’m seeing the staff respond to the players, i want to talk about something, yeah a enormous quantity of people exploit a game’s bug. That’s a fact, but there’s a number of people who dont, i will not include myself in the people who dont, because, i normally play without reading the chat, in SA server its really annoying. So i was going to the Tenet Church for like a thirty minutes of farm per day in galoks, killed one and received the battle bracelet, thinking that was really strange i looked upon the information, and discovered de bug, well, i thought that getting one more just for getting a practonium, and after was farming mouringaka for the antenna(% based), and in the end i tried to get for myself the armor cubes in HG 280 for myself only.
Ok, i can say that’s cheating regardless of what i say, but, some people exploit the game for like a 70kk of silver, others exploited just to aquire equips for themselves, others just farm the orange 315 itens, and even the people who just did the 290 dun, they get only the artilonium and get involved in all this.
In any case, it’s a bug that many people exploited, but i have to agree with the people that calls the major cause, the IMC and not the playes. You cannot expected that a compesation of some premium itens, can be satisfatory for like a four days to a week, more so if the player didn’t do nothing wrong, its like giving a candy to someone who lost it’s teeth.
I don’t know how, but, this penalty of 4 to 7 days(it’s not really a penalty, it’s more like a investigation, but for the players it’s like a penalty.) is out of proportions, and it’s for everybody, even the players who are clean, its just unfair, how much a error, a bug that you guys overlook for like a 12 hours, make the people wait for 4 to seven days, and after giveaway tons of premium itens of apology, like it’s normal. I will continue playing, not that anyone cares, but just expressing my opinion in this whole thing, and again not that matters, i can’t say that i have a better a idea, but i still think that’s a wrong way of leading the problem.

I don’t agree that your solution is the best to the current situation.

But given you’re already working on it, please make sure to check people’s pet equipments as well when looking for dpk exploited items.

I would hate to see smuggled items by the end of this whole process.

Enough time for everyone who came back, leave the game because there is always a bug that totally compromises the experience of all players, both new and old, speechless for what to expect from BMI, 4-7 days long enough for me to lose half of Event, not being able to play with my friends and more, enough time to create another bug and the cycle always comes back, we are always the protagonists of everything that is not tested, it is not because the game is for free that it has to be bugged And promote a horrible experience whenever there are updates, now I will have to wait 4 of the minimum to return to play, under these conditions 1 day is enough to change the game, thank you IMC for always miss who is punches in the stomach( the players,surprised)

@albo_25 @pedrogigante10 We’ve shared what we know and what we’ve done so far through today’s announcements. It’s really unfortunate what’s happened, and we can see it’s affecting many players, a large part of them innocent.

All we can do for now is continue to work on the issue and do whatever we can to minimize the penalties for players who are currently restricted. Once we have any update or additional information about the situation we’ll make sure to announce it right away.
