It’s pretty enraging that you have the gall to come here and defend this decision. Are you aware that the issue impacted the ENTIRE SERVER? Anyone who farmed in any zone got increased drops. I honestly don’t think you guys comprehend the magnitude of this decision.

I traded no items until this morning, when I figured I must be safe. Got flagged(or something). Barely farmed anything compared to most people, only got in the last 30 minutes before server went down. Banned for 4-7 days just to investigate? Then maybe longer because I traded items this morning?

You guys must really be crazy. You can’t even code the game, or fix the game without creating worse problems, but you’re going to ban the entire player base for a mistake you made and ‘fix it?’

Are you going to climb Everest next??

(FYI there were people getting infinite battle bracelets since Maint on Tuesday, trading them for Practoniums. Good luck tracking them down)

@STAFF_Ines What is your definition of abuse? Its a little vague and im sure most people are wondering if they should start looking for another game to play.

@STAFF_Ines and what about if I sold like 3 or 4 items on market? How bad would it be? Because in my case I did sold like 5 items maximum and there are people with 30 battle bracelet… so it’s like what is worst? I really don’t want to see my account getting banned after buying 2k TP :stuck_out_tongue:

Are you kidding?!
I invested a lot of time in the game and now I am blocked by mistake of you?
A simple rollback + compensation would have solved this, I was not abusing the bug but still I’m blocking.
Probably the current rewards will expire.
You should solve the problem quickly and effectively and not extend it.
If a gm was on in the game yesterday I would have seen a lot of message in the shout and got the problem in its beginning.

I was opposed to the rollback because of people losing their progress. Now, although I didn’t exploit the system, I’m going to lose 7x the amount of time I would’ve lost if there was a rollback in addition to the 16 hour maintenance. Hmm. :expressionless:

This is nuts. The ToS economy moves so slowly that even people who DID sell or trade the items likely didn’t make enough silver to crash the economy. Just let people play your stupid game.

I agree it’s unfortunate and inconvenient for everyone involved. For now, I can only ask you to await more details on the situation as we investigate the accounts suspended.

For now, all we’re asking you is please go back to your peers and superiors and ask them, “Hey guys, there’s a LOT of people really mad who have played thousands of hours of this game wondering why we made this decision. Are we sure we’re doing the right thing here?”

Please, please, please go ask that question. Because the answer is, “No, we are not, we need to come up with a much better solution.” And if the manager is insistent then you need to let them know politely that their job hinges on this decision most likely.

Can we at least have 1 time class/rank/stats/skills resets for compensation?
For a level 330, Instance resets, exp cards are no use at all.
But its aways welcome to have a class reset since the game is very punishing and change skills/balance everytime.
I think its a good way to compensate players for all that HUGE mess. :T

So the truth is THEY WILL NEVER HIRE PEOPLE OUT THERE TO FIX THE GAME. I guess no more donating dollars on this game. We were optimistic that IMC will finally hire people to do their job if we donated a lot of money on this game GUESS WHAT. REALITY HITS AND THE WORKER THERE IS STILL 1.
