AGAIN! Gear matters more for melee classes! Always has, or is this your 1st MMO? Before gear mattered, swordies were bad I agree. Now I think they are fine.
Boosting your attributes matters more for any class that focuses on damage. You could just be CON/DEX with CC like iron hook and rodelero and do well in pvp as well, like a support class.
Of course having good gear and attributes matters more for damage than support.
PVP isnt 1v1. The hard counter to kino/cryo/warlock is Oracle with counterspell.
Corsairs are excellent for CC, any class with Knockdown is great for pvp.
Catagoon is excellent damage, but you need the gear and attributes for it as it is with any damage class.
0 corsairs/rodeleros on top PvP says otherwise

Look up âKirtâ in klaipeda. He is top PVP corsair.
Support doesnt require heavy gear/attributes. Similar to how squire/corsair does not require heavy gear/attribites.
Simply put, more people gravitate to support classes, but heavy damage is also necessary to actually win matches.
EDIT: Last week there were like 5 catas in top 10 for 2v2. Donât try to say 2v2 doesnât count either.

I dont get why you think Swordie has no advantages when I just said they have Knockback. They also have stunlock with restrain, iron hook, arrest, and rodelro skills if you have those classes.
Im fine with having a discussion on advantages but you have to be fair and state what they have.
let say you spend 100mil on your catagoon, similarly, that 100mil can be spend on archer/cleric/mage, and guess what, everyone else can do better than you swordman.

Only point I have made this thread is that if there are people that make swordie work in pvp, then others can do the same.
I think most people gave up on swordie for pvp because everyone is saying that âswordie is badâ as superior.
