For some reason i feel like the only thing i get out of Falconeer is circling.
And i dont find circling that good anyway. 35 seconds CD for 10 seconds debuff.
My main idea was A1-R3-A2-F1-Cannoneer
But now looking at it i feel like even going archer 3 ranger 3 cannoneer is superior.
What do you think?
IMO Circling is usefull for some unique cases (skills) in the archer tree.
It allows Multishot/Snipe and other single-target skills to multi-target hit.
If you’re not archer C2/C3 or musketeer, you don’t really need circling, except for helping swordmen in your party.
I’ll be grabbing Falconer for other reasons as I will be PET MASTER!!! 
A3 doesn’t really provide you that much aside from a 30% dmg increase of your multishot. But with the falconeer, you can turn multishot into an aoe, improve the number of mobs you can hit with your canoneer skills and improve the aoe of your party members. 10s is all you need to activate all your burst skills on one blob of mob.
Aside from make your multishot or other skill better it help your teammate’s aoe skill with limited target too.
Falconer would help an archer build that lacks aoe. With ranger c3, theres really no need for that.
But, really, Hanging Shot is extremely fun.
Ranger c3 with musketeer needs falconer.

I played a hunter in RO for a very long time, I figured I could make something similar.
haha if you ask me falconeer c2 is fine actually but there is other classes combination in the build you can actually find it better 
Well i made my mind up im skipping Falconeer. Id rather go SR for the utility or anything else. Circling with 35 sec cd is just too high. If the other falconeer skills would be any decent but they feel very weak just by looking at the skill descriptions. Im still debating if Ranger 3 is a must have aswell or if i rather go Archer 2>Ranger 2>Rogue 2>Cannoneer 1
OR
Archer 2>Ranger 2>Fletcher 2>Cannoneer 1
Yeah I really wonder if Spiral arrow and Bounce shot are worth it? anyone with ranger c3 advise?
I feel exactly the same way… But I also can’t deny the power of Cannoneer in PvE and how generally pointless Falconer2 is, so I am probably going for Cannoneer after all, at least for my first go; I might go for other things in the future
But that Sonic Strike, though… It looks so much like Blitz Beat, and that’d be about the only reason for me to go for Falconer2
