No its not. Play what you want. Will Fletcher 3 outdamage your build? Probably but it’s hard to value circling into Group dps and compare that to your damage.
I changed my mind aswell completely. I hate the slow movespeed love the Pistols so I will go a2-r2-rogue1-sr2
I would change r3 to a2. +25% critbuff will never Fall off. Your Ranger skills will and the 5% increase on 10 sec(2% average) is not worth it imo.

The 10 hits of barrage and feint never falls off on pve. Like never.
You can play with a fun build, but please dont spread wrong info.
The CD on circling can cause / force your party to hold skills for it, so, sometimes is not that good even on party play.
I dont think that is wise going into any class rank without the need of at least 2 of its skills. 1 Skill only…
Actually, my lv 15 barrage and lv 5 spiral arrow are still two of my most damaging spells even at lv 230.
Its not like you don’t have Barrage with only rank 2 Ranger. We are talking about 396 vs 543 damage on Barrage(lvl 10 vs lvl 15). So yes I value Multishot lvl 10 and +25% crit rate over that.
And that’s perfectly fine. I’m merely pointing out the fact that barrage/spiral arrow falls off is just false.

My build is Archer->ranger->Archer2->ranger3->falconer->cannoneer. though I may drop 1 rank of ranger to sub something else in its slot.
