i already checked file integrity, system downloaded 37 files but no it did not resolve the issue.
i hope you stop blaming our files and start working at your end. these are premium items we paid for with real money.

btw, someone in Varena already called his credit card company to request for a chargeback since he bought something that does not exist and his credit card company approved of it. im planning to do the same if this is not resolved by tomorrow.

Well… I did exactly what IMC Staff listed on the link. After about 5 minutes of it downloading/verifying files I logged back on just to see that it did absolutely nothing. I wonder how long it will take IMC to fix this one. At the rate they fix bugs I would say at least one week, if not a month or two. I don’t think you guys have ever done a maintenance without making new bugs. Why don’t you test something before you tell us it will fix it?

hello… I follow the instruction and the issue is still not fixed…
I am not a big spender… but I do spend TP in the game and buy all this costume… pls fix it asap!!

You know why people playing tis game? because of RO… but this game is way to far from it…!!

Don’t do this guys and waste your time downloading 700mb. It will not fix the issue.

mine doesnt even run now huehuehue (verified game integrity twice, dled 2x700mb)

I have a Trump Costume (cleric) and the Clover Feather Hat which are not visible to myself or any other players. I did the Steam file check as instructed and it found 37 missing files like the other users reporeted. I even re-installed the game client – not for the first time due to patch problems – but it did not help. I find it very disappointing that the premium items I purchased are not visible. What am I paying for? Please put out a hotfix for this problem immediately, or consider refunding the Trump Costume TP back to my account. I will spend it on something besides invisible costumes. Team name Maxillium, Orscha server.
still not hotfix for this? since everyone have this issue, and I think this is quite a serious bug as this issue is related to the ‘real cash item’. Until today no further explanation and annoucement??!!

YOU SOLUTION CAN’T SOLVE THE PROBLEM!!
My guess is, is that they are just going to “try” to fix it during the next maintenance. And for them to blame the players is just absurd. IMC is the worst company I’ve ever seen. Knowing how IMC works, a new bug will replace this one when they do decide to attempt to fix it. I just wish I could get my money back for buying a costume that doesn’t even show.
I do not see anyone reporting that this issue was resolved so why the heck did you asks us to download such huge files??? any plans on changing or removing this unhelpful and fake resolution thread?
