after VERIFY INTEGRITY OF GAME CACHE in steam, got 93 total of files
then i start the game, quit and check the patch folder. just only 56 files left.

Still no closer to resolutionā¦ I contacted Support and got a canned reply saying they are working on it. No specific information about when we can expect a fix. I think I am going to have to contact Steam about getting some kind of refund. I fail to see how IMC can take my money and not provide access to the items in question

Verifying file integrity cache DOES NOT work. I believe we, as customers, deserve some kind of compensation or a refund, in case IMC canāt fix this issue. Theyāre selling cosmetic items that can not be seen, itās absurd, never seen before.
