Implement repair calculation cost with amount of durability in mind

I can have an equipment piece with near full durability or a piece that’s broken and they all cost the same. Would like a more interactive system in terms of calculating price.

Thinking ahead this would make dying even more brutal if the costs are higher with broken items, but also reward skilled players who don’t die not having to pay premium silver like that.

I completely agree with you!

I like to repair my items before I go to any field or dungeon and it hurts my wallet shelling out the same price for every repair, regardless of the durability level of my items.

I’m ambivalent about this. You could just choose items with low durability to repair… On the other hand, it makes intuitive sense that something that’s barely damaged should cost less to repair.

Bump! Even after the repair fix, i checked and still, my spear took 275 to repair at half durability, then 275 when only 1 durability consumed.

For now, i think the best thing to do is just take tracking of weapons, in my case my Spear and my Shield. When an item reaches 0 durability it doesnt break, you can still equip it (I THINK) but with reduced perfomance. So, i’ll take tracking of my weapons durability. When they are close to 0, i’ll go back and repair. About my gear? I won’t care if it reaches 0. Just a lower defense, won’t make a point and i won’t waste my time always thinkin about my gear durability. It breaks? I’ll get noticed someday and i’ll repair it, not a big deal, just track my weapons so it doesnt break in the middle of a fight.

Well, i really… like this system. Instead of just a boring system of goin to repair eveytime u enter the city, you have to be effective and manage things, and repair at the right time to save money. Well, it’s a good system… Forget my first sentence
