is full dex viable?? what about archer build?
lol is it viable, its the meta unless they rework STR, this change happened when they updated gem and hair costume effects
(wont be back until tomm though I honestly only glance at the forums a couple min a day inbetween playing and rl stuff atm, so if you ask questions etc to me specifically will be a bit, I cant stomach the forums for more then 5-10min a day at this point, tree of forums used to be fun but now if you read them for more then 15min you wanna lay in traffic)
My scout is currently Arch2>Ranger>Scout c3. Is it fine if I go for Falconer c1 into Mergen or should I just stick with rogue into mergen to have Feint+Barrage combo and double flare?
How important is Archer 3 on the new scout build?

At this point I prefer cloth, ive had 4/4 Manahas (leather), Virtov Leather and several other sets, the armor comes down to your preference, its not mandatory. In rank 8 though that 15-20% you cant dodge tends to be 15k spiral arrows or 20k pole of agonys etc so I just like being able to cut the piercing damage in half and mitigate some of the magic damage, the extra 1k or so sp is handy too for the 5,789,467 split arrows I use a day.
To new scouts though donât get too carried away with fancy toys, this is the 1st priority, look below;

i just sold 30 blessed shards, gonna get my split arrow from lvl 60 to lvl 75 instead of 2nd stage transcending.

yes the best advice I can give anyone playing scout is always;
priority #1 > split arrow attribute #2 > SP return cards, mainly specter monarch and throneweaver #3 > gear

lvling boss cards was always a problem for me
My card setup is;
Specter Monarch - Throneweaver - Harpeia - Carapace
Ellangos - Ellangos - Ellangos - Ellangos
(scout3 isnât only an 145 farmer though lancer, I solod every single quest and boss fight in rank 8 with the exception of the zima suecourt and alembic caves megabossses, they are actually very good in general pve, I place 1st on a very regular basis in Saalus against all classes that are considered superior dps)
me too, but i believe its because of character optimization more than anything
people like to have good gear but low attributes.
agreed many people lv scouts only as dungeon whores, sad though b/c if you put the time into them they do handle quite well, specially in a dead game like this where people are scarce

If thereâs more than 1 person present, it can void your entire grind because someone might stole that kill from you.
You could have kill 999 mobs, and that guy who just showed up randomly got the last kill and get the rare loot from the 1000th mob. Trust me, this happened very often.
Exactly, as Scout 3, I can solo every dungeon as soon as I hit the right level.
Itâs meant to be excel in solo. Only downside is itâd be slower to kill single target boss before you reach Mergen 
actually my scout never had any problem killing bosses
lvl 15 flare shot+ lvl 15 multi hit and twin arrow are boss melters
twin arrowâs damage is surprisingly strong.
@jchsc32 i wonder if you can successfully solo 290 dungeon with a scout at lvl 300+?
i know you can do that on a hoplite 3 dragoon 2 which is why i have one
im thinking of going to 240 dungeon in my scout for a change to get some virtov stuff
I never say thereâs a problem, Iâm just saying itâs slower compare to classes that excel on single target dps, like fletcher 3.
If you do Halloween dgn, youâd see what I meant when you actually see those expert boss killing build shows up. (At high level ofc) In fact itâd be even more noticeable against world bosses. When I slowly chip away world boss, some 300 team just showed up and kill the boss in less than 20 secs.

2 . Should I reset my full str to full dex (currently 100% using idreamy build and going mergen path
