This is exactly what I had in mind and im glad I wasn’t wrong. I might actually start playing the game again. Its so hard to find these Korean vids even tho they are the basis for most of the theory crafting, but that’s why we love you grey. <3
ok huge edit, looks like they DO have to unmounts still but I didn’t even notice it ( im watching and typing this on my phone >.< tiny screen and no audio) But honestly it doesn’t look like it slows anything down and the mount makes up for that. Vid looks great to me tho hopefully this catches on. And I cant wait to make one of my own…5 years from now LOL ( I haven’t played in months work is a beach)

Wait what? How come the missile debuff applies with EACH hit of barrage? That’s just insane. I always thought the missile debuff are exclusive to normal attacks. Good lord look at that insane burst. People asking for synergy with my build and Hackapell? Now that’s one extremely good video to show them.
Checking out the cooldowns, that Barrage + Skarp combo is DEFINITELY a really good sustain whether it’s single target or mobbing.
Considering that Hackapell can mount and be able to use Xbow + Sword, they get quite some significant boost on stats. Add the fact that their cooldowns are like half of Mergen’s skills and that they can provide a reduction on crit resist to enemies. This belief that Mergen is TONS better than Hackapell is starting to become questionable.

missile debuff just change when r8 coming. only muti shot not stack arrow.

New companion pet feature means a lot for unmount&remount.
'Toggle pet attack:OFF’
Your pet will not move to the enemy to attack, when you unmount. So you will be able to remount quickly after using feint.
Hackepal has dash when mounted too, helps speed up runs. Unlike mounted swordie, you may destroy tree crystal with ranged so your stamina unlikely to reach 0.
@thedojin I think it was fixed (for itos) 
@Dream skills will stack missile now. But they have to be missile skills (ranged attack). Barrage is a quick way to stack 5+ arrows. Each hackerpal sword skill consumes all arrow stacks to do bonus burst, so barrage overheat is really nice to combo.
what’s with the guy’s dodge rate? He has only 699 evasion, and he’s dodging practically everything. I have over 1000 and I get hit multiple times more than him.

Evasion depends on your level vs mob level. He is higher level than those mobs.
Are you lower level or equal level? This could be the reason.
(DE - AA) / (0.3605*DL +18.64) * (AL^0.335)
Where
DE = Defender’s Evasion
AA = Attacker’s Accuracy
DL = Defender’s Level
AL = Attacker’s Level

PSA for any of you that base your decisions on Ktos videos;
The players recorded in the majority of Ktos videos are using +20 weapons with atleast 5 stages of transcendence and have all their major skill enhance attributes at 100/100, this isn’t speculation its common knowledge.
With the above equipment and money invested you can make an Hunter look like the most amazing class in ToS, I am not saying any specific build is good or bad, just that Ktos videos are extremely miss-leading if you don’t stop to consider the specific characters details.

My next question would be if flare shot ticks count as arrow stacks. If that makes any sense to you. I mean it’s MISSLE right?
Also yea I don’t give a rat’s ass about the damage and I know these kr vids have sht + 1000000, I was looking for the class synergy first and foremost and I see exactly what I wanted out of the vid.

that’s why i’m not basing it off the +20 weapon or whatever since he’s rocking like 2000-2200atk power, but the single evasion stat
It has it’s merits but I do agree it has to be taken with a pinch of salt.
Anyways, it still does show end-game potential “considering” that IF he actually has maxed out attributes. He literally shown how the build can shred off extremely tanky mobs which if I compare to my build w/ Mergen or Falconer + Mergen, these two kill slower than Hackapell and would rather only shine when there are really tons of mobs whereby Hackapell will only be limited by it’s AAR.
BUT the best part about having a sword is you can pick up swords like Velniup or better version which DRASTICALLY improves your AAR making the build an extremely potent mob sweeper. More factors adding up makes me want to side more with Hackapell due to it’s versatiliy as to where Mergen only offers more AOE potential and an added burst to bossing due to Sprinkle + Capture combo.
It is most likely that Flare Shot ticks will add missile debuff stacks. What I wonder about is how Storm Bolt actually works, how does it make an enemy more vulnerable to the missile debuff stacks?
Stormbolt debuffs the enemy. Debuffed enemy may get 7 arrow stacks instead of regular 5 stacks.
7 stacks => next hackerpal skill will be stronger than vs 5 stacks.

Would a build with just SC1 still be viable, especially on the newer maps? So far my build is A2>R1>W2. I will be adding Falc and Mergen in R6 and R8, just not sure at what to put for R7 since W3 seems lackluster.
Scout 1 is very useful to have! you won’t regret it.
