We expect to implement some changes on the Korean servers as soon as next week. These changes will include improving the attack scope of a few skills and increasing STR stat bonuses.
They told us something about KTOS that we already f…king know, it blows my f… mind.
I like to think its a typo or something but… it could simply be IMC telling us to f…k off.

Dude,no…
The last thing PrinceMark is,is a white knight.
Cmon now.
IMC can keep their game until meaningful Swordie changes hit us. I don’t mean the 2.5% buff to dps total either.
lol they use the korean version of C#
Yeah, it’s not like the translations are any good to begin with. Skill descriptions are terrible and the quest/npc dialog sound like a twelve-year-old wrote them.
Uh…
they sound like hill billies when they speak english
They should give Hunter C3, so no one would complain about Swordsman anymore.
Well, to be honest - there is a lot of translated stuff that has yet to appear in the game. Perhaps in the near future of this year.
Skill descriptions are terrible
Whilst i would agree that the some skill descriptions aren’t great at the moment, there isn’t much that can be done with them yet. They are just as ‘unhelpful’ in Korean as they are in English. However, kTOS have begun adding a bit more information to their skill-tool-tips with their recent balancing changes, so it is a start at the very least - perhaps we will be able to do the same in future.
@PrinceMark Being real here, I highly doubt IMC is spending that much time to translate the game. Early quests are simple translations/almost literal whilst end game quests feels like someone just threw the dialogue into a machine translator i.e. I get the gist of what it’s about but in no way is it grammatically and structurally correct.
That said, moving a patch from kTOS to iTOS, I assume would have some challenges such as hardware/virtual hardware configurations, path names, run time environments, database/datastore updates etc. Counting on how well the code is written e.g. are configurations stored in configuration files or exist in the code, etc.
In terms of effort, It is probably somewhere in between easy/no effort and insane amounts of effort.

Are you referring to my comment? Because development on kToS and patch migration from kToS to iToS are two separate and loosely correlated events.
I stoppd playing KOREAN MMO’s after i realized they don’t give two fks about their NA/EU servers and always give them late content… is it really THAT impossible for them to run all their games on the same patch?
Why did you think they will? We didnt got most of the balances ktos got for the last 6 + months.
Its easy really.
No one asking it to be in thecsame day but at last the same weak or 2.
If the servers i koreais run bynexon and itos run by imc then no they cant.
Lets say ff14 is run by SE in na,eu,Japane so all of them geting patches at the same time. Korean and Chinese dont.
