So, it seems like they didn’t word it in a bizarre way, and that they did mean that the swordy buffs are coming into kToS (as in, additional ones).
What’s the point of even telling us so, though? As long as they aren’t here, we can’t do anything about them, however good they may be.
I hope they’ll soon tell us when we’re supposed to get actual, relevant balance patches.

Exactly, I can’t believe we are in an iTOS forum getting news from kTOS which is practically another world. They shouldn’t announce it if its not coming this patch week. Makes people hope and it plays with our expectations.

What the ■■■■are you talking about? They aren’t coding in Korean. Korea doesn’t have its own national programming language. iToS isn’t written in ENTIRELY DIFFERENT CODE, how ludicrous. They don’t need to de-code and re-code anything. All they might need to change would be tooltips.
And the fact stands that if they were going to do LITERALLY NOTHING they should not have said “we’re going to do something next week”. Telling us about kToS means nothing, we already know there have been changes in kToS. The fact that they bothered mentioning it at all made us think that it was just worded poorly and we’d be getting changes, instead it was just more bollocks. Negativity is well deserved at this point. I have been very patient with this game, but now I’m pissed.

Boys and girls it will come probably in split patches …lets say…maybe in december ?
Theres this international game who’s months or probably a year behind from its origin lol, its not impossible to be the same here in TOS. 
If you guys can’t wait for the patches with class balances,pvp , gvg, team fights etc feel free to check out other games.
This game is far from getting stabilized with how its going atm IMO this game should’ve stayed inside korea for some more time we’re merely getting 30% of what ktos has to offer.
I myself just returned back to the previous MMO I was playing before I came into this game kinda got tired of the broken things i’ve encountered within the game atm I just lurk here in the forums to see how things will develop rofl.
