Have multiple accounts is ok, and does not break EULA terms & Service. IMC stated it themselves. Do you not read or are you just blindly biased? There is no “exploit” , “bug” or whatever you want to term it to justify your means, but the GM is accusing me of multi-boxing. They failed to check the MAC address to determine if it’s on the same computer at the same time or not. Making accounts to do anything on this game is easily commonplace, and I bet you also blindly ignore how they purposely designed the Blacksmith Package $20 combo to have essentially unlimited diamond anvils.

This is important @STAFF_Bob You should probably read this entire post. I know you might be proud or feel embarrassed, but this is two veteran player accounts who have been playing since day 1 of early access. No rules were broken. If you feel it should be a rule, update your terms & service stating otherwise and players can move forward from this event. You were given great advice(check MAC address if possible, fix your events to have items untradeable, monitor players making large amount of silver better?) and refuse to improve yourself and the game as whole, by using your personal feelings(should that even be allowed as a professional?) to make this into a huge problem. You may have convinced your blind close-minded followers to believe this is something great, but it easily just showcases the corruption and unprofessionalism that you proudly exposed.

Look, I really appreciate the GMs having this authoritarian atitude, it helps the game a lot.
BUT, you cant really just do this on Klaipeda, right? I mean we`ve reported players selling silver/items/blesses and more for real life money on Silute for years, we’ve even posted their screenshots on facebook and whatnot as proof of their illegal ■■■■ and yet noone ever gets banned on Silute for this kind of stuff.
People from Paradise guild love to boast about how they have “direct contact” with the GMs and everything else, even abusing this last week to “report a bug and disable boruta” when they had 2x Boruta wings debuff (obviously, even when they fought us 1 buff vs 1 buff they got annihilated).
Cmon Staff, do a sweep in Silute as well, please

I’d like you to read these over a cup of coffee and take a good moment to think about it. You did NOT learn from your mistakes. If you went by this statement, this whole situation could’ve been avoided by you enforcing it as an official rule, along with your issue about multiple accounts(proven wrong in ticket responses) Do you need more?
Also, great show of professionalism. Bending the rules as you please, and also, you couldn’t accept a simple “rule-bending temp ban.” For some odd reason, you felt personally offended that GM CHERRY got told off because he attacked me with a ban threat and I responded with clear-headed factual information. I did not break any rules, answered in your own tickets, and was being threatened to be banned for it. Funneling is not breaking any rules and neither is farming in baubas, unless I am AFK or using a Macro. Also, for your own advice(I keep giving you guys good freebies to improve yourself), how about you make an announcement on the forums instead of a post buried in a random threat. Not everyone reads the forums, and I personally stopped for almost a year because you guys left this place barren for players to argue amongst themselves for the first 2+ years of this game. @STAFF_Bob You really wouldn’t know, because you only joined in Jun 18. You haven’t even been here a year yet.
Your logic doesn’t hold up. If they’re bending the rules or stretching them to remove people, it didn’t need to be Nulight. There is no reason they couldn’t stretch the rules to ban more prominent members or a larger quantity of users for any number of reasons.

GM acting out when they could just fix the game. Not everyone reads the forums because it’s the most toxic space in tree of savior. It’s not part of the game, but Staff Bob here says it to be mandatory for everyone to read it? Announcements were not made, a strict stance was not given. There’s nothing that should be prevent people from farming in a spot in the game made by the developers. Banning here is pathetic, sends a message telling rest of the long term players to quit.
Mindless finger pointing saying “exploit exploit exploit” for using in-game mechanics, without any illegal programs, really eroded the entire community into a sack of ■■■■. With IMC not fixing the game, GMs rather ban players than communicate properly and fix the game, and players rather blame other players than IMC, it’s no wonder the rest of you are all on edge.
Us top guilds blame the game rather than the player, but the rest of the playerbase rather blame us and blame each other. You all make me sick.

I feel the need to post given the severity of this accusation being made against me. It’s been repeated over and over in this thread, including by you, so I feel the need to address it.
As I’ve stated multiple times in the past, I am not a GM and not a staff member on the forums. I do not know what your obsession is with me, nor the other people making the same accusation. I literally had nothing to do with this ban. Nulight even came on the Reddit Discord and I did my best to offer solace and opinions as to why it happened ahead of this whole post, offer suggestions, etc despite him constantly harassing me the months before this happened and even during. I did the same for the other Melody members that had their own questions at the same time.
I hold no personal grudge against any of the Melody members, and especially not to the point of going out of my way to attempt get them banned. I personally reported Zhwan for harassing me, but that has nothing to do with any kind of grander scheme, but was merely a personal endeavor. He has already been muted in game multiple times for this, and is even muted now, but found two different ways to circumvent the mute to continue to harass me. If you’re curious why I did my most recent report, then look no further. The other was a party name with the same text. And again, I had no control or decision over the type of punishment given, I simply made my report and moved on.
Back on topic…
I’ve done nothing but try to help with this current situation even though I really have zero obligation to, especially considering I’ve only had these false accusations being made at me nonstop.
If you want my opinion on “Bokor afk farming”, you can read the previous post I made on both the subject and my current stance and role. I highly advise reading it if you want further context, and it includes posts by Zhwan (“Tehwi” on the forums) further showcasing reasons why I reported him.

Also, just because you think you shouldn’t be banned because of a technicality, doesn’t mean that people should be banned because of a technicality. IMC can extend grace on things that would technically be infractions yet aren’t worth banning, such as addons, or sitting on the pillar for 10 seconds to send a whisper.
This is why it’s called rule bending, to catch loop hole abusing dumbshits.

What is this blatant lie? How is farming in Baubas suddenly not OK? I can only hope to assume you are talking about AFK farming, however, you and GM Cherry confirmed that he was not doing this.
This “clear warning” you claim to have made of ‘no farming in Baubas’ literally does not exist. You only state that you are banning macro and bot users in Baubas or wherever else (which is something that should have been happening already?). You have added AFK farmers to this list because, sadly, you somehow cannot distinguish the difference between a rock on a keyboard and someone using 3rd party programs to continously cast spells and other functions. Why would actively farming players need to leave?
Now, you are changing it up and saying that “Oh, Baubas farming isn’t allowed because of the pillars. We warned about that.” Absolute zero mention of pillars except that you can push them off to determine if they are unresponsive when compiling evidence in a report ticket.
If you don’t want people on pillars, then you need to say so. Don’t go making up a false claim saying that you did on a forum thread post (not even official announcement?) and then using that as an excuse to go digging into someone’s account to dodge it being a ‘personal attack.’ You’ve stated that you have been less than transparent in the past as well and have even apologized for your incompetence.
Why are you still using imaginary forum thread posts as a basis for your argument? Here, you clearly state that you need to be clear and things need to be announced officially. Not learning from mistakes at all.
And last but not least:

what is this then? They kind of contradict themselves, because you don’t have contact, but now you do. Developer or not, you still have exclusive contact with IMC themselves over anyone else. Thus proving my point that you get special treatment(Like I did with my personal attack from Bob), and your case of harassment was express handled, where countless players are harassed and never get justice for it.

There’s no contradiction. I never denied having contact with staff. This would be disingenuous, considering I’ve been a contributor to the official localization project of the game for a very long time. I literally have an entire thread dedicated to this topic as well, so it’s no secret.
On top of that, both in the quote you mentioned and as stated in my previous post, my magazine interview describes my role in assisting IMC. This would, in theory, require some way to talk to them.
Not true at all, considering I reported him through the same channels that everyone else does, and these reports go to staff members that don’t even know who I am.
As much as you’d like to believe there’s some sort of conspiracy going on here, there really isn’t. Even if I had any sort of special privilege in this regard, I certainly would not abuse it for any kind of personal gain.
