I cannot receive my TP bundles

me too, i purchased a 500 tp yesterday and plan to buy a costume, but not able to redeem. I get disconnected when I redeem my tp bundle box. Please fix.

me too. I purchased two 900 tp bundle today and when I click on it, the game shut down. please help me.

Me too. Everytime I click ā€œUseā€ the get shut down and sent me to characters lodge. Pls fix!

@GM_Francis Hi there, I am no more kicked to screen thx to the Hotfix but I am STILL unable to redeem the TP, nothing happens when I click ā€œOKā€ in the TP gold button in GAME.

Please help, I am loosing patience after almost 5 days of waiting.

I’m having the same problem as many others in this thread, cannot redeem TP after purchasing it a week ago. I have sent numerous tickets but nothing is resolved. Can you help me look into it.

@GM_Francis Currently having the same issue…purchased a bundle and it is not showing up ingame :neutral_face:

This is still apparently a thing. I purchased and the same thing happened to me as well months later than the last post on here. I purchased 100tp bundle and It showed up in my TP menu but I could not claim it. Then after I relog, it was gone and the TP wasn’t added to my account. It just disappeared.

TP retrieval bug is ongoing and has been since early access and F2P release.
It’s like RNG retrieval at this point.
There are cases of people still not being able to retrieve their TP bundles after MONTHS of purchase and support ticket.

All you can do is send in a support ticket and PRAY REAL HARD that someone will get it resolved.

Sometimes, it takes a few hours for the TP bundle to get ā€˜sent through’, so wait…

IMC has not released any official statement or REAL FIX to this problem.
Buy TP bundles at your own risk.

We’re communicating with Valve since it appears that the servers were affected after Valve’s servers were unstable during the Christmas weekend.

I’m trying the same problem, bought a package of 100 TP and clicking on the button to recover the TP’s inside the game nothing happens, can you guide me by kindness?

It just happened to me, i was in mercenary post try to get my 300tp bundle but nothing happened then it just disappear and i didnt get the tp, i sent a ticket but reading all these replies i think i say goodbay to that money, well i will never charge tp again.

It also happened to me, could not get TP from Tp bundle. It has been for almost 3 days, but the problem is still in progress. RIP my 900 TP …

if it is not asking too much, i would like if from time to time, anyone from the IMC staff gave us some news about this problem… my TP is stuck for 3 days now and no one says nothing not here or in my ticket, dont even need to be that it is fixed, just say what you guys are doing to fix it.

FFS. Do something! i think we all need compensation. I bought TP cos I wanted to buy something from the shop right away, yet I am stuck trying to retrieve it… omg!

A staff has replied to my ticket 2 days ago but did not give me any info about what will be done and when… now I’m just waiting and waiting…

Come on guys, this is REAL MONEY. this kind of problem should be addressed first (and shouldn’t happen in the first place…)

Same problem here… Can’t get my 500 TP bundle as well… So sad. No chance to buy limit items…
