Bought 100 tp to no avail…
Name is Orayin InfiniteGyre, on klaipeda, I purchased 100TP through Steam, and didn’t receive it. Please help
Hi @patrick_ind_research! Kindly submit a ticket through our Support regarding this matter. Also, please be informed that TP Bundles are claimed in-game through the TP Icon which is on the upper right side of the screen, just beside your mini-map.

I purchased 900TP through Steam and couldn’t receive it. Team name is ipchjonathan with multiple character, on orsha, and i used the character yusaki to try receive it through the TP icon, but it didn’t respond when i press use button for few time. So i closed the window and the button disappeared after i re-open the TP icon.

Same here, I purchased a 100 TP bundle via Steam and I click “YES” to receive it and I get booted from the server. Is this a current known bug? Thank you~!
This bug seems to have re appear, I cant redeem TP in game …

Hi @xdaymax! If you have not yet received your TP Bundle after a considerable period of time (days), please let us know through Support. And kindly keep your character online for the system to continue processing the redemption of your TP coins.
@GM_Francis i got the same problem. i bought 300 tp bundle and conldn’t receive it. My team name is CherryBear and my character name is CherryBear on Klaipeda server . i tried to receive the tp point before by the tp icon but nothing happen and now the button disappeared same as @ipchjonathan case. I bought this bundle on 28 august 2016 11.23pm. Thank you !

i got the same problem. i havent got my tp. i bought it from my steam wallet. they already deduct 2kpeso from my wallet. but until now i havent receive any TP yet. what should i do?

im new to this game. what is support ticket? and where should i send? i bought the higher price tp from my steam wallet. where should i send. all i have is the steam emailed me that i already purchased it.

Hi, thanks to reply, so here is the thing, I did “receive” the bundle on the Yellow TP icon on the left right corner, but I can’t Redeem them, when I click on “OK” nothing happens.
So I am still seeing the Bundle in game but after 2 tickets still nothing for now, I will try to keep my char log in to see if that solve anything (it’s been 3 days already)
