I cannot receive my TP bundles

I bought 2 100 tp bundle on steam and when I go to the tp icon ingame and push the button “use given tp” nothing happens. It doesnt matter how many times I push the buttom “Use” it never gives me the tps :confused:

I could guess it works in a spot lesser crowded

Can’t get my 2nd 100TP bundle after received my first 100TP bundle.

I tried to relog, change areas, switch channels, switch character, verify game files…but nothing work, the bundle still stuck there.

I’m having the same issue. Cannot redeem the second TP bundle.

Well, I bought 2 100 to blunde, but there’s only 1 visible… Anyways I cannot activate any of them :frowning:

I also cannot claim my bundles. I bought 2 but only one is showing. My in game name is xykir/gnir.

If after the maintenance, the problem isn’t solved, I advice you to send a mail to IMC, example: https://treeofsavior.com/news/?n=443

im also having the same issue though i was able to obtain my first 100 TP order but not my second im thinking of refunding it and trying again to see if that works but yeah currently my second tp bundle is unobatainable

Hello, I am having trouble with the TP Bundles as well. I purchased two 100TP SEA items using Steam Wallet currency I’ve had on my account in a single transaction. I was able to redeem the first one in-game through the TP interface (although there was only one 100TP(SEA) item thumbnail that time and I redeemed it anyway) and got 100 TP. So I re-opened the interface and tried to redeem my second 100TP Bundle but I can’t seem to do so. Nothing happens after I press “Use” and accept the confirmation dialogue box. The 100TP(SEA) item thumbnail is still there. I retried using another character of the same Team and server, switching channels and maps to same result. I will send a Support ticket; hope this info helps though.

SAME and i STILL cant get my bundle even after maintenance.
I only see one bundle out of 2 bundles that i purchase and i cant claim it.

Clicked use, and “yes”, and nothing. Submitted a ticket and they game me an automated response without even reading my mail.

We have realized there is an issue when trying to redeem multiple instances of the same TP bundles thanks to your excellent feedback. We are working on resolving this issue as mentioned in this announcement.
Apologies for any inconvenience and confusion you may have experienced.

Wow this hapeneed to me JUST NOW!! I didn’t know it was bugged since I don’t read the forums and it’s actually my first time posting because of this!!!.. I kept clicking and clicking “use” until the option disappeared. I don’t know what to do???

I’m having a similar issue except I only purchased one bundle and after I “used” it, the button went away but I did not receive ANY TP. @STAFF_Ethan

Same Here. Used it and did not receive any of mine 200 TP I bought. Playing on NA server.

Me neither i just bought 500 tp package in steam and when i clicked in use it, the button has disappeared and i don’t received the tp in my inventory, please check

I’m having this error TBM bought two package for the South American served and I am unable to rescue so is bad to keep playing
