Purchased 900TP Bundle but NOT able to get from TP buttom
Any news in regards to this problem? I’m also having this problem for the past couple of days as well (ticket submitted) and am interested in knowing when this issue is going to be fixed.
I have the same issue I clicked the use TP on the panel after the Tp icon on them minimap and didnt receive any TP.

Same goes to me… 900 TP still not claimable since 29th december 2016… Even the compensation still cant cover the issue of these TP case…
I bought 300 tp bundle earlier and when i login in game i tried claiming tp and it just took forever until it shows a notice fail to recharge so i relog intending to retry and god forbid , my tp went missing after that o_o
WAIT edit - the tp somehow came back after i left it open for so long , but still i cant claim it =/
