I cannot receive my TP bundles

I’m having the same problem in my account. I bought 100 TP, I can see it in game but I can’t add this TPs to my acc.

Sigh. I just bought the 100 TP bundle for NA and I didn’t receive anything. I have the email receipt from Steam. No amount of restarting ToS or relogging has helped.

I bought 100 TP and I did hit the “use” button and now the TP is all gone. Its not applied to my account and the “use” button is now gone. Tried to open a ticket, all I got was a automatic response and then I opened a new ticket and have been 24hours w/o response… Already sent a refound solc. for steam store. Tree of bugs do not deserve my money anymore (cuz I try to help but they do not deliver the prodct)

Me too, I could not get even the first bundle. So disappointed.
Anyone who’s able to receive a bundle, please tell me where the bundle is in the game and how can I get it to make sure it’s not bug. Thank you very much.

just bought tp awhile ago … cant find my tp in game … wtf?

I tried to email to support team but they didn’t respond my. I want to notice that i emailed them 1 week ago.

Having the same problem as all these other ppl except whenever i try to submit a ticket it doesnt let me. What do i do?

well i have bigger news, IMC has scammed me out of 300 tp for at least 3 months now, they refuse to solves the problem with me directly and just keep stringing me along, and what they did to replace the missing to was give me 1 token, this is why i say scammed, and now im entering a new process to retrieve the missing tp or / tokens, it happened in the exact same way, i had tp stored for a while and when i decided to use it nothing happens!
