i experienced the same issue, can’t learn any other skill attribute.
people are reporting, but not a single Staff or GM responded.

Can't buy Hunter Attributes

Yeah still no word from the staff… srsly wth :S its a basic thing to use for any player and it will be soon a month since they ruined the NPC trainer

I submitted multiple tickets for three weeks and they responded with a few copy pasted messages. I submitted another ticket this passed Tuesday with a video I recorded on OBS very clearly explaining the problem for them.

I received the following response,

I suspect they don’t have an answer because this isn’t a consistent bug and it’s hard to find the cause.

My Hunter NPC works. Both of them. A1H3F3

If you want to help them, we need to figure out what the difference is between your Hunters and the Hunters that are still working.

Tonnes of addons from both the mod manager and elsewhere. I’ll list them all so that people can at least see what mods are not affecting my NPC. It might help people narrow down their problem?

If it happens to be addons though, someone with the issue should just clean reinstall to check? Addons will only affect client-side. If it isn’t working after a fully clean install (manually deleting folders) then it has to be a weird and difficult to find issue on IMC’s side.
