How many days this week did your dailies reset? today marks day 4. support tickets bring no compensation and say just to "wait"

I am sorry, I hope not all the 19 characters all being not reset but. Yes, I also have to consider who trying to exploit it too. It is such a pain in the neck but. I have to ask you about it. I hope this to be fixed…

you created the voucher, yet you dont give anyone the voucher

I CANT WAIT TO SUBMIT A 6TH TICKET JUST TO BE TOLD TO WAIT AND NOT GET ANY VOUCHERS

how many times do i need to submit a support ticket with screenshots for a voucher? 8 times?

going to go ahead and dump all your ticket replies so everybody knows not to even bother asking for help

Mine didnt reset either. Ive already sent a support ticket detaling whats in this screenshot.

I wonder if there are other exploits in the game, and i hope the exploiters are being considered and treated with so much caution as u treat ppl complaining about this.

reply given - we already gave you compensation (they considered the vouchers given on the first day of issues problem solved and all further days are null) (after submitted 2 tickets and complaining after given no voucher)

day 2 - nothing
day 3 - nothing
day 4 - nothing

DAY 5 - GM SAYS SUBMIT TICKET FOR THE 8TH TIME FOR HELP, THEN ADMITS THEY CANT GIVE OUT VOUCHERS FOR POTENTIAL BUG ABUSE. BUT YET CONTINUES TO SAY TO SUBMIT TICKETS FOR HELP

AND LASTLY…

TODAY MY DUNGEONS DIDNT RESET EITHER, TICKET SUBMITTED 630AM SERVER TIME, ITS BEEN 19 HOURS NO REPLY

DAY 5 - NOTHING

dont bother submitting tickets guys, they are incompetent to weed out the potential abusers and have concluded to just not help anyone at all

My ticket didn’t resize my screenshots though. Also what good is sending screenshots of your /indun. If someone really wants to go all out to exploit they can just finish the dungeon, use /indun and claim he didn’t get resetted.

Yep, they need to check their data to verify it. I wonder if they can though, or have the tools to do so.

The reset problem has been consistent for me (only every 2 days). Why does this need verification? @STAFF_Yuri

There are only two things to do in tree of savior and both are bugged.

How are we even supposed to play the game now

How staff sees the situation.

Can IMC staff not recognize that the dailies reset bug is the worst they’ve had in a while? Or maybe they don’t have enough players complaining about it yet?.. Do they think this thread needs over 100 posts to look like serious problem?

After reading all these complaints, Id rather not send a ticket, since my character also experience that.

Every 2 days reset.
The good thing is that I can Quest all day.

i rather have them try fixing it over wasting time giving vouchers to people, i am not going to ask for compensation, it’s just a couple runs and i don’t really care.

I rather have them do both. It’s likely that different people do this. Devs are the one in charge of fixing the bug, while support is the one giving out compensation.
