How many days this week did your dailies reset? today marks day 4. support tickets bring no compensation and say just to "wait"

It was over a month now and this thing havn’t been fixed. Your developers are the best IMC, indeed. clap clap clap

On the not-so-bright side, I’m forced to go back to questing which I’ve done a lot of times already with previous chars if I am not able to find a grind party. :disappointed:

So I’m guessing this (and every other major bug we currently have) isn’t going to get fixed until at least the “combat renewal” goes live? Is the philosophy IMC is taking “change is coming, why fix anything in the mean time”?

Party questing bug wasn’t fixed for 10 weeks, this is still early in comparison.

They probably don’t know whats causing it, maybe merging updated code from ktos could somehow fix it :slight_smile:

They don’t have to know to fix it. Simply revert the changes they did since implementing the new reset time (that nobody asked for) and it’s fixed.

I already sent a ticket for both of my accounts. I sent them 4 times. I never received any compensation. All i get is:

just to let you guys know, it seems like the bug is not yet fixed. 3/3 of my characters did not reset today. Already submitted a ticket though.

Yeah, a chara of mine also didnt get the reset. I do ET with that chara. i Bet theyre gonna give me a simple reset voucher that of course isnt a compensation for even one ET entry, cuz it doesnt reset them.

The Superior Reset Voucher should also reset ET entries.

Whelp, I logged in today to see my dungeons didn’t reset as well. Sayonara TOS.

Sorry, @CityBlade and all others facing this issue. It took a long time til now, we keeping the pressure to fix this issue every day. Even I’ll be raged too, frankly. About the ET, we created superior reset voucher to deal with it… Its a small patch not a total fix, but we will not stop until we could deliver the great news…

Compensate them properly, with equal value of all the runs they had missed(per char). You guys said it will be fixed last maintenance. Ill be frank, you dont have credibility anymore to say it will be “fixed”. Thats what on the mind of your players. They would rather have proper compensation then wait until the fixed is delivered than hoping for another false promise.

As @jynxie08 said, we need at least fair compensation. Even if it’s a one-day only voucher as long as it’s provided on time.

Players have teams of multiple chars, and you’re only compensating one char. Sometimes not at all.

I keep trying to understand that this could be a very hard issue to resolve, but you have options to NOT make your players suffer for the time being.

I’ll let the supports know to compensate based on character wise. It will take us extra time to confirm each account have a same amount of character as reported, but it will make more sense.

But also, please provide us the screen shots each character by dungeon command. or the dungeon UI shows up when you max out dungeon entry. That could cut our process faster.

It’s a pain to take screenshots when I have so much alts… 19 characters = 19 screenshots? Why not just give daily compensation to ALL players until this is fixed?

This issue is really heavy on the SEA server side after the change of reset time anyway. Have the dev team considered changing the time back to what it was before to see if this resolves the issue?

Edit: I sent tickets and got a generic response, checked with a few players and they all got the exact same ticket reply. Copy paste much?
