hello, regarding the reset bug. I noticed sometime if i’m running the dungeon after 6.00AM server time it will likely will not reset for the next day unless i running the dungeon before 6.00AM time server. in my opinion maybe the system is confused as in the “/indung” tab stated the reset is 6.00AM server time rather than 18.00PM server time for the sea region server. TQ.
p.s for someone that can tag the imc staff to this pls do so. as i’m quite new in forums. thanks in advance.

I dont think so. The time written in “/indun” should only be text and doesn’t represent the actual time reset of instances. But I also would like to think that running instances in 12:00AM - 5:00 PM (Server Time) triggers the bug. In my case it is 12:00AM - 5:00 PM (Server Time) if we are considering this logic.
But I also think it’s likely because of the instanced reset vouchers used. Maybe somehow it messes up your normal reset time. Not quite sure. Anyhow I still need those instanced reset vouchers. Staff please compensate us and do it quicker. I sent a ticket today because my dungeon didnt reset TODAY. Why are you giving me the reset voucher tomorrow when it would likely reset already ???
i complained again and they replied “please tell us how many characters are experiencing this” and they DID NOT close the ticket
maybe you guys wont get a copy/paste if you submit 7 tickets like i did
I’m just tired of submitting tickets PER CHAR at this point (why can’t we just list the names of chars in one ticket? why the unnecessary waste of time?). I’ve just accepted that fate. At least I can just do quests instead lmao. Hope you guys keep fighting the good fight. 
Anyhoo, more and more people are shouting that they didn’t get reset. At some point if this is left unfixed more than half of the population would be infected.

I was wondering can’t they do a manual reset every 6:00 server time until bug is solved instead of depending on the system to do it automatically?

Three of my characters did not yesterday and by the time I get home around 10PM server time to run dailies that is when I notice it didn’t reset. Wouldn’t you think a person that has mulitiple 300 by now should know when dungeon time resets.
once again you “fix” the problem by ignoring and not helping anyone. and instead just giving out vouchers to people who havnt even experienced the problem to begin with so they are almost 2 weeks ahead of us in our dailies. thanks

True, I did ET at around 3am this morning, and now it doesn’t reset for me, while all my friends’ did. Don’t know what to say =.=
everythings okay guys, they gave 3 vouchers to people who never had any problems. everythings okay
thank you for such an awesome update, it absolutely did nothing and we are to blame. I keep getting the same generic response to view when dungeon resets.
It’ll be Breaktenance tomorrow.
Maybe IMC will break the dungeon reset bug?
