How many days this week did your dailies reset? today marks day 4. support tickets bring no compensation and say just to "wait"

you are killing your playerbase. people who dont want to say goodbye still login once a day to do dailies. alot of people are going to quit again… for the 100th time…

4/7 days i couldnt do my dailies, i submit ticket and im told just to wait. meanwhile others claim they got compensation

thanks imc, im sure people dont care if i log in anymore but you cant deny that with this happening theres a good chance one of your friends is going through the same thing and is only barely considering to log in now.

great event by the way, make event only for new accounts and give them exclusive hats in which we cannot even get. appreciate it

One of my swordies didn’t get reset yesterday, but that was it. Sorry you can’t play the game.

My templar didnt got a daily reset today. all my other chars did

weird, 100% of the time whenever one of my chars didnt get reset then all of them didnt either

And they haven’t even thought of just giving away instance resets everyday as a workaround. Genius.

I got these as compensation for 2 days of no reset. Apparently as I’ve been told, these vouchers would only reset the dungeons of the char using it, not the whole team (I have 6 lv.240-330 chars).

Issue still persisted on 3rd day. Never got compensated this time around, but I’m no longer surprised at this point. Just got an apologetic reply.

On the 4th day (today) for some reason my dungeons resetted properly for all chars. I’m still not sure if the issue would return or perhaps is still there because there was no confirmation that something was fixed or if they did something to cause the reset this time.

It was already being discussed that dungeon reset vouchers were the once causing this phenomena(bug) to happen. Messing some or all of your characters reset counts.

i havnt used ANY reset vouchers of any kind for the past week so i can confirm thats not the cause. i have alot though that are expiring soon.

@ZeroFoxGiven having the same issue here, but abit differently

1st day - dungeons didnt reset
2nd
3rd
4th day - dungeons didnt reset (submitted ticket was given nothing except “wait please”)
5th day - dungeons didnt reset (submitted ticket complained negatively instead of asking nicely and pointed out others saying they got vouchers but i didnt - was given 2X vouchers)
6th day - dungeons didnt reset - submitted ticket

total damage - 4 days (2 characters) lost

3 dungeons per day X2
2 saalus per day X2
3 event dungeons per day X2
1 event quest per day X2
3 fedi missions per day X1 (only do on alt)

added up - 19 dungeon runs + 2 event quests with unique rewards

compensated - 2 vouchers

I missed to mention I did experienced not getting reset a few days before the 3-day no reset though not the whole team (about 1 or 2 characters only). Back then I thought it was a very minor issue or I may have just forgotten I already consumed the runs for those chars.

Now that you’ve mentioned it, I feel like this is exactly how it went for me as well.

yes, and the biggest issue here is that this is obviously happening to many more people. now if a large portion of the playerbase only logs in to do dailies just so they can keep playing you already know what is going to happen next… keep in mind even though me and you are discussing this… whose to say alot of people have already said screw it and just logged off for good?

its unrealistic how many times imc has purposely killed their playerbase… and i mean severly on purpose… i dont mean mundane petty BS like “oh boohoo my class got slightly nerfed im quitting” or “i demand free stuff why arent i getting free stuff this is stupid im quitting” im talking about the many times they legit just cut off their playerbase and said “lol just wait please”

Sorry, but I did send another ticket for the 3rd day I didn’t get reset. All I got was an apology.

Also, the compensation you guys provided for the previous 2 days of no reset was only good enough for one character. My team has 6 characters.

If we do the math, I should’ve received 16 more dungeon resets (Saalus, regular dungeons, missions, event) for the 3 days I wasn’t resetted.

I’ve been helping a new player for a few days now (just met in-game, told him he can add me as friend so he can ask anything about the game whenever we’re both online) and just today he said he didn’t get reset. I told him to file a ticket but it seems he has no clue how so I explained it to him. Imagine other new players who didn’t know as well but didn’t have anyone to get help from. They would’ve probably just viewed this game as broken and quit.

Man, I’m not sure why they aren’t compensating you. Right after I replied to her I got these on my mailbox a few minutes later.

Still only good for 2 chars though but I guess we “beggars” can’t be choosers in this game.

Thankfully, my resets have been fixed on the 4th day, and hopefully the issue doesn’t return anymore.

I got 3times dungeon not reseted last week including weekend, and as a programmer myself, the logic to reset dungeon for whole server at the specific time is not that complicated, yet they cant even managed to do it.

submitted another ticket asking why i wasnt given any vouchers and they replied “because we gave you vouchers 3 days ago”

giving them one last chance. submitting a 5th ticket. if no luck im just going to spam this thread with screenshots of their horrible customer support and will continue to tag the moderation staff
