High3 vs Barb 3

Hi, I want to go for highlander 3 > corsair > doppel 3 instead of classic high > barb3.

I played barb 3 and high 3.
Barbarian 3 pros:
-Great AoE for mobbing
-2 source of power increasing
-Skills with high base damage
-Stuns + slash debuff
Barbarian 3 cons:
-Excluding Seism, all his skills has small hitboxes.
-Helm chopper + cleave deals a good amount of damage but is still a single hit skill
-Many mobs can resists stun
-Pouncing can be interrupted by basic magic CC and enjoy almost nothing from cleave debuff(since you will miss many attacks because you will run like a desesperated girl)
-Excluding Helm chopper and pouncing, barb skills or are single hit or fake multi hits.

Highlander 3 pros:
-Plenty of debuffs to deal with many situations(only stun missing) and more damage with Vertical Slash
-Don’t care about monster defence(skull swing)
-Crown can make mobs/bosses deals 1 dmg on you.
-Skyliner has a great boost on bleeding targets
-Can defend yourself with a 2 hand sword
Highlander 3 cons:
-Tiny hitboxes(only cartar stroke has a big one)
-Skyliner does a not interesting damage in non bleed mobs/bosses
-Has no buffs to increase your attack
-Cross Cut bleed cannot be applied in mobs/bosses type plant and zombie
(If I remember more I will edit here)

Now let’s compare some points:
-HL3 has skull swing and Barb 3 has frenzy and warcry.
-HL3 has Vertical Slash and Barb 3 has pouncing.
-HL3 has bleed and Barb 3 has stuns which increase other skills damage.
-HL3 has Crown too deal with magic and Barb 3 has cleave to increase slash damage.
HL3 has wagon wheel for knockback and Barb 3 has pouncing with knock back attribute.

Both are almost the same, some scenarios one can outshine other.

Even though HL only has the 1 huge aoe hitbox it’s still better aoe than everything in barb combined.

It seems you were incapable of understanding anything said so far. Cartar has better hitbox and aoe ratio because it’s multiple hits.

Clearly i’m supposedly misleading a certain BR, but I think that’s more a problem with the incredibly low Brazilian IQ/intelligence than anything else.

What? I 1 shot Archers with Seism at 86% attribute on TBL. What are you talking about. Seism,Pouncing and Cyclone are my main skills on there. On PvE, 1 Cleave + 2x Seism and Blue Harugals are down from 120khp to 35khp. (with DoV stacked)

You guys need to play both to end game to actually understand which one is better for each situation.

k. seism with cleave debuff is
ATK - DEF x 1.1 for 2-hand sword x 1.2 for modifiers x 1.86 for enhance

earth wave alone for example is
ATK - DEF x 1.1 for 2-hand spear x 1.5 for modifiers x enhance

And yet you don’t hear people complaining about getting 1-shot by earth wave (laughable prospect) or seism. Have you ever used brain and considered that 1-shotting a level 100 archer that may very well have 0 CON isn’t impressive?

I notice you didn’t make any comparisons in your post. I suspect you did this on purpose because you know just as well as we do that highlander would be shredding those blue harugals much better.

Seism is one of the strongest attacks, not the weakest, that’s my point.

This is another stupid post. Seism can reach just lvl 10 first off. And you can’t trade off Seism for Warcry, that makes no sense.

I don’t understand with he took seism 15 and warcry 0. Its the same to get highlander 3 and don’t take skull swing.

Skull Swing is much better than Warcry in terms of single target dps.
