I’m clearing ET15 (tech 19) with my character with 100 con and 238 dex, 0 STR.
We also run a CryoChrono, because we all prefer it over a LinkerChrono. We made our LinkerChronos reroll.
And what buffs, exactly, do you intend to share that is considered crucial?
Quick Cast without attribute?
Running Shot? (QS3 in ET, LOL)
Gungho without attribute?
You’re telling us that sharing buffs is better than having Frost Pillar/Ice Wall?

Steady Aim only buffs Missile damage, so why is sharing it important unless you have more than 1 archer in the party? The only archers worth bringing to ET are SRs and maybe carrying a Fletcher3 for bosses, and those builds already have Steady Aim.
So, still 0 buffs worth sharing.
How does cryo make ground aoe go f*k? You’re not making any sense here.

So you prefer linker-chrono because your ranger3 SR can share Steady Aim with 1/5 members, being another archer.
You’re going to need to name more useful buffs that can be shared, because Steady Aim alone is not worth losing Frost Pillar.

Crit multiply dmg so if compare just from stat without equipment in calcolation dex is better for high dmg skill and str for low base dmg multi hit skillsor AA.
High DEX surely benefit those high base dmg skills like musketeer and cannoneer and probably higher rank class in the future too.
But equipment can affect a lot, so there’s still eternal STR vs DEX debate everywhere in archer subforum.
For starter high dex build idea is
Get some CON to the point that you feel safe people prefer30-80
Get DEX +calculate your final equipment to reach your crit chance goal
And the rest put leftover to STR
