For simple reason:
Since data will be wiped anyway, I see no downside of giving people the chance to speedlevel and test late-game stuff. I personally know several people that are quite demotivated because they don’t see a chance to test their desired class (Monk, Alchemist, …).

i think this cbt objetive is to test server so i dont think class testing is the priority but i do hope thye give us much mor exp so i can try new classes

No it will be dispecful for any player who actually worked hard to test his desired class.
Why so? They had way more time and silver to test their class in-depth. It’s also not disrespectful for players to delete all their “work”, since this is a test-phase with the goal to get as much feedback as possible and detect as much bugs as possible. You won’t achieve that by having 99% test the first three maps and only 1% test the other content.
The test is not for classes, it is for the server, and if you go to high lvl maps (over 160) you will see that those maps are not empty, there are many players (sometimes too many). So giving a high exp bonus will be like slap to all those players. Ritgh now and just using my rank I can tell you that there are over 2000 players over 160 and the test was set to end once players reach 165, so they already have all the information that they were looking for.
I’m nearly rank 6 and I don’t think it’s just 1% because I see many people on lvl 175+ locations.
