Iām sorry that you arenāt accepted, but you are still our honored guest in Discord channel. You can still play with us and participate on guild events while waiting for a new available slot (that is if you decided to stay. But you can also choose another guild because itās completely your right to do so).
I hope you also see my personal message and understand the meaning. I know it is a harsh decision, but I must deliver it in the end. And I hope you can respect my decision.
From 52 applicants, I can only choose 20.
These are the aspects that I consider when I select the applicants :
- Very high playing hours. The higher the better, the more easier for us to meet up in game despite the timezone difference. Even 1 hour is plenty enough for us to participate on guild activities together and strengthen our bonds & teamwork.
- Recommendation from other members. If you are active on discord, you can build trust with the other members. If the other members put their trust in you, then so do I.
- My own opinion about the applicant.
Besides those three, all applicants should join the Discord channel and actively communicating with other members. That is important to get to know each other and make the members trust you.
One more thing, when you applied, you should be able to realize that the guild was currently full at 40/40 slot (if you read the first page until the end) and we were not accepting anyone to join before we select them carefully.
I hope you didnāt make a mistake by thinking if you applied, then you will be accepted automatically by the time you applied. That is totally wrong and I expect every single applicant already understood this when they applied.
That is why Iām still confused when you said āI was cast awayā. We havenāt even accepted you as official members yet, then how come we could cast you away?

I knew it wasnāt sure I would get a spot, and I donāt really care that I didnāt get it. Just want to be part of a guild that I see it has potential, companionship and is organized.
I really love TOS, and I want to experience it at itās fullest. Being part of a guild with a clear objective is something that I want.
Maybe will be funny to try to get the templar job first and create a guild to fight yours.

Thank you for your understanding. You will get a chance to join next time if thereās an available slot or the guild cap increase. That is, of course, if you are still interested. I wish you good luck if you choose another guild instead. Itās not like we canāt play together if weāre not in the same guild. 
@codebreaker01 Iām really sorry about this. I hope you understand my decision. From 52 applicants, there are only 20 applicants who will get chosen. From 52 applicants, there are around 40 ppl who have more than 6 hours of playing hours on weekdays (some of them can even play more than 12 hours a day) and all of them can play for all day on weekends. But not all 40 of them can join in the end. Some of them did not respond my message, some responded but did not join the Discord channel, some joined Discord channel but they were inactive. 
As for you, I know you donāt really have much playing time because of your work. I respect that and that is completely normal. But even so, you have joined our Discord channel and some of our members have good relation with you, that is why you will be counted as our honored guest. You can always play with us and participate in guild activities with us.

Nah, itās hard for me to play solo. Iām a full tank & I need DPS-cleric to do the damage for me. At least 1 cleric is enough, or preferrable krivis because their lightning skills are useful in fightin mobs.

Reason for joining: Even though it seems they donāt want to implement guilds yet, the social and tight-knit aspects of forming part of a set group still feel really important to me. Since the Beta is gonna go for a month, I think itās quite important to join a guild and make the most out of this.

Reason for joining: Iām a big fan of MMO and love to help others, but recently I just feel like to participate more in social and/or war environment of MMO like back in old days of my WoW moments. and Ragnarok was one of the most memorable MMO for me and in this games I feel like I can dedicate those moments again.
