General kCBT3 Changes - Summary

1 Sub-zero Shield does damage to who attacked it.
2 More types of potions for Tincturing.
3 Some fix for Safety Zone, I guess people on the extra range (attribute) were not getting protected.
4 Decreased chance to get -1 level when upgrading equips.
5 Sound and target additioned for some skills.
6 Enhance attribute (1% damage per level) additioned for some skills.Sub-Zero ShieldWell chyayi (have no idea what is this!)Spear LungeFreezing Sphere
7 Finestra crit bonus is now FLAT. (this will probably be better since they can focus more on STR now, also 35% crit bonus level 5 [85% on 15] was way too OP when Archers only have 25% bonus from Swift Step’s attribute… >.>)

9 Fixed statue teleport on mouse mode. (finally!!!)
10 Something fixed for trading options.

General kCBT3 Changes - Summary

Finestra now increases Crit Rate by 10 at Level 1, and raises 10 each level.

It’s +100 Crit Rate at Level 10, and +150 Crit Rate at 15. Everything else is the same.

Spear Lunge is just a Spear attack, does 236 damage at Level 1, and increases by 63 per level. 2 uses before cooldown (overheat). It also does a debuff for 6 seconds, which makes the enemy vulnerable to Pierce/Stab damage. (I’ll check if this makes them weak to it, or Pierce-type attacks just gain bonus damage.)

According to skill tooltips:

Special Force Formation - Create a formation which brings troops together. The troops participating in the formation have their cooldowns reduced by half (50%). The duration increases with skill level, and the amount of members participating.

Freezing Sphere - Summon an icy sphere to attack the enemy. (It should cast like Ice Bolt and Energy Bolt.)

Also, another update: Spear Lunge’s debuff increases overall Pierce damage. On a plate armor enemy (strong vs. Pierce/Stab), I was dealing 270~290 per hit. With Spear Lunge active, it’s 580~600 per hit.

This also applies on top of the +50% Stab/Pierce bonus on Leather armor enemies, so you can deal quite a lot of damage.

We should be able to reach higher level than before as long as we have our hardcore party ready by the time CBT starts. Well, I’m going to give it my all for next week’s exam so I can spend a lot of time playing in CBT afterwards.

This is my doing @Erokhi. Had them put their applications in, first two of about fifteen cherry picked individuals that i’m bringing over to ToS across other games that i’ve played… all quality people for a quality guild. I’m aware of the space issue as well so no worries.
