300+ white armors sounds meh based on my current gear.

Hi, wanted to ask, if i decide to go with barb2cors1, should i take sw2 before that for longer PB or pelt just for guardian? Since im taking cors chances are i wont use shields. So that means only swash and guardian can be used and it also promotes maxing guardian, which reduces more PA. But only reason i would take pelt is for 18% evasion and nothing else, alot of points in umbo might be wasted i dont know? Before someone tells me how great swash is, im aware since i have 2 swords with pelt already.
I nvr had a sw2, so is it worth to get 5 more secs in pb and get restrain? Slightly higher concentrate etc?
Hmm I think SW is the kind of class where you want to take 3 circles in it, 5 more seconds of PB is good but does little, if you look at sword 3 it’s 10 seconds, and ktos already has +5 more so it’s a total of 15 more compared to sword 1. 5 more seconds will help, but not more.
you should take SW3>Barb>Cor>Fencer if you really want to avoid pelt. IMO pelt + fencer is a really good pairing, you could leave guardian at lv1 if you don’t want more PA reduction.
Yea i know, if i leave guardian at 1 or 2 i will have alot of extra points dumped into skills i dont use if I don’t hold a shield haha. Not sure really.
If i go sw3 then barb one only what im missing out on is warcry seism and frenzy? Will that be real bad though, cos sword 3 has double slash, not sure how good that is
it’s a trade of utilities , defensive+offensive (PB,GH,Concen) verus Pure additional PD from warcry/frenzy (+pouncing)
Sword 3 double slash is… (pretty much useless once you reach F3)
It even outs actually dependent on playstyle.
It’s good until you get flanconnade(so don’t take more than 1, or don’t take it at all), barb1 is future proof but also a risk, we may or may not get better slash attacks on R9 and 10.
if we get something like 10k base power slash attack…well, you get the idea.

Ok so based on your points you would still suggest sw pelt barb2 corsair?
since that’s what I’m playing and I know it very well, I won’t recommend it.
The real to-go build now is SW3>Pelt>Corsair.
It has everything better than barb2 except cleave benefits and warcry, you get your stuns through restrain. You get a 100 PA gungho OR 250+ flat damage concentrate.
And both have corsair, the defensive utility it provides is there.
Great, maybe i should try sword3barbcorsair though, and pray to god the 18% evasion isnt too much lost @@. Cant really decide. So bored of pelts alredi lol
just go pelt rather than barb. imho you wont be using slash skills that much since epee guard only boosts pierce
Barb1 is still good tho, Cleave gives 3 overheats of +50crit buff which helps if your not highly crit geared yet since Epee boosts pierce damage’s ‘crits’. And Helm Chopper as a stun placer CC
Higher crit secures a Prepped-up Balestra burst to hit damage cap easy.

feel free to use spada and cata rapier as temporary weapons, I haven’t done any calculations though, but don’t waste too much blessed shards
or barb instead of hop, currently hop is better, but if we get a very good slash skill on r9/10 i’ll bet on barb
also you don’t pick corsair c1 for damage, it’s for CC+JR benefits. See JR attribute
yes, stabbing is good and cheap to upgrade, but entirely optional because composee is strong.
never tried it on pvp yet, I just log in to do dailies now
barb1 is mainly for cleave and future possibilies of strong slash types.
helm chopper > stun > Lunge > Cleave can do 20k+ damage, it’s nice to use on normal cloth monsters, 3 charges
yes, this is why sword3>pelt>corsair is very popular atm
but barb1 will be the meta if we get nice slashes on r9 and 10.

My advice to you now.
Make a full use of halloween event. Because leveling a sw3 is a really pain in the ear. If you wanna try sw3>pelt>cor, you are welcome.
