It’s for lvl170s though, it’s +1 movespeed and +11STR feels lackluster compared to either Maga’s Block&Crit or Cata’s AAR&CritAtk are still better if not Venier.
I thought it was one of the new 315 BIS due to the design.

Cool, that’s an easy 90+crit with a single 7*green, I’ll probly get this over the other daggers, and re-spec my rapier with either reds or yellow gems.
I didn’t get it. Why IMC created a “new” rapier level 170 purple instead of one 315.
1 important question. i suddenly realized this since fencer 3 almost always spams composee. how future proof IS fencer class? what rank 9 or 10 could we go to? XD

they added bunch of 120-170 new equip so i hope this rapier isn’t only one they planned to release, as i remember they also talked about plans to release new 300+ white armors
If you took sw3>pelt>corsair, corsair 2 is there. Hexen dropper+epee garde is strong
you can also take shinobi but clones won’t copy epee garde

Yeah, if matador doesn’t get implemented you can take shinobi. warcry PA gets copied anyway
no info, but in real life use rapier
it may be class with strong slash attacks, or some good CC, because if it get strong pierce attacks again it will be not so great
i hope we get metador…or will be like corsairs 3…at rank 8 feel no synergy …and fencer 3s get screwed at r9 
and later dragoon3 get to ride dragons lol
