actually archer c3 is pretty good
my mutli shot hits for 7-8k per hit (multiply that by 15)
and my twin arrow does about 10-12k for both hits (with 5 overheat and 7 second CD this is pretty daamn good and the archer is only rank 7)
i do agree however that for some classes ranger 3ās 20% steady aim is pretty neat. I did play a ranger 3 fletcher.
I donāt think archer 3 fits well with a fletcher, but it fits very well with a scout 3.
it gets out classed later.
Eventually it will be replaced by all mergen skills and what not later.
my musketeer have totally dropped archer skills because i have no time to put them into the rotation. lol. Pretty much i do use only full draw on mobbing and swift steps. The rest of my rotation comes in time.
My SR2/3 Still uses multi to fill in that 1 -3 second so i can buffer for the next skill( A2R3SR2/3 (228 atm)). I believe it will get drop out next rotation once r9 hits.

yea itās powerful early but when it gets to later itās pretty much turns weak or not as significant as compared to high tier skills.
Even with the high scaling from your bow etc itās pretty much skill effects.
Thereās a cap to amount of damage it can do with such low power. sadlyā¦
With the power creep on each circle itās safe to say rip front 6 circles.
TBH we dont care if scout 3ās scaling is meh late game(if itās true). I play 3 of them (181-183) to run 145 dungeon and fund my mains. I think only @jchsc32 mains scout 3.
Can do roughly 20 mins while skipping the 2nd mini boss. Peeps play scout to farm. It is also their choice if they want to max it or not. Many chooses not to though.
It is meh eventually mergen will take over.
Scout 3 has bnb split shot that is most likely still the to go to when your skills are fill in CD.
Scout pretty much provides you utilities and flare shot is still a DOT but thatās not the discussion is about.
Itās about A3 verus R2/R3 on late or end content. or even say giving up a3 for scout 1 circle or falcon/rouge.
Itās unlike skills with just added damage and no % modifier, Split Split Arrow will only be more and more powerful as your weapon transcend even higher. Split arrow will almost never be replaced due to its low cd and low sp cost. (at lv1)
For reference, check this video and see how OP Split Arrow can become when your weapon gets stronger and stronger.
and if mergen happens to have a similar rapid fire skill with 0 cd at r9? lol
